I’m looking for a relatively cheap 2 bedroom apartment in the area preferably 1500 max I’ve seen a lot of mixed reviews for Layton meadows especially for their loft apartment. Does anyone have any input? Tyia
Hello!
Our apple tree produced too many apples for us to keep up. Is there a place in town that will want overripe apples to feed their animals? They are Johnathon Red Rome apples grown without any pesticides.
TIA!
Im beginning to wonder if the sounds of Layton are bad for me.
I have sensory issues and I’ve lived her since 2016. It seems like I’m always dealing with tinnitus but it’s become unbearable in the last year. I went to Montana for a week and things were much much better.
But when I returned, it all came back. Anyone else wondering if this city’s sounds grate on them like this?
Does anbody know of any elementary after school programs in the east layton area?
I grew up going to the YMCA after school and I'm surprised I can't find anything like that for my kids. I can't be the only working parent, right? I've been paying for full time daycare and it's crushing me.
It's not that big of deal. And it's a risk I'm willing to accept. But still surprised that this is the first time it's actually happened!
I loved Grounds for Coffee. I used to go there 2-4 times per month to work for the afternoon just to get out. I liked to bring my dog, hang out on the comfy chair, and work from my laptop.
Since they closed I feel like I’ve lost a second home. I have no idea where I can go to get that cozy feel. Any suggestions?
Going to be moving to Clearfield next month and wondering who is better for internet in the area, Xfinity or Centurylink?
Are you looking for ways to boost your productivity while working remotely? Here are some popular tools to consider:
I need to get some large pieces of paper printed for DnD. As the title says, i would prefer going through a local place over just going to Staples or Office depot
I feel like when I moved here a year ago, I never heard the trains. The past month or so though, it doesn't seem to matter how late it is they just blast their horns. I'm hearing them right now at 10:30pm, I've heard them at midnight, they've even woken me up at 1:30am. What's going on??
My partner says it’s a Bengal cat. Here are the details if you are looking for it. http://www.inaturalist.org/observations/248373963
I’ve been applying to jobs for the past 2 months but the job market is rough. Anyone know of a place hiring that works hours from 4pm-close?
Edit: mayor's Facebook confirms Jack in the box
I’ve noticed recently the trains are much much louder than normal. Anybody know what the heck is going on?
The new Jack in the Box is opening on Monday (9th). Tomorrow they're opening early with some discounts.
My brother is looking for a new place to live as we will be moving in with my husband’s parents at the end of October. Ideally, he is seeking a studio or a 1-bedroom apartment, but he is also open to a shared living situation with roommates.
He works in Layton and is interested in finding a place in the surrounding areas. However, he was recently denied an apartment due to not having six months of continuous employment, as he just started his new job. He can afford up to $750 in rent per month (we understand that it may be challenging to find a private place within this budget).
He has a well-behaved, house-trained cat with all vaccinations up to date. If you know of any available rentals or shared living situations that would be a good fit, please let me know.
Thank you!
Thank you for everyone responding to my recent post. I was wondering if anyone knows stylish women boots. Most out there are very extra looking.
Hello, I recently moved to the area and have never lived in snow. I am wondering what type of boots do I need to get for local weather. Do I need waterproof boots? I like the doc marten boots for winter but they are not always waterproof. I am looking for a semi stylish boot.
Good morning everyone! I currently have 2 spots open for full time and part time families looking for dependable and amazingly affordable daycare(ages newborn-4 years old. If you’re interested please message me.
Hello! I've been looking for dispensaries around layton to apply at but can't seem to find any information on if there's any plans on opening one around here. Does anyone have any info? I know there's one in bountiful and in ogden, but sadly due to car problems, I'm stuck driving my lamborfeeties. Any information welcomed, Thanks in advance!
My 4 yo Australian Shepard has been getting more and more aggressive and resource guarding. I had a large stroke earlier this year and ever since then she freaks out whenever someone touches me even my husband who lives with us. She has tried to bite my father before when he hugged me, I am looking for someone who has experience training dogs and any suggestions of someone you've had success with.
Are there any good dog parks in Layton, UT? I've been trying to look on google maps and google but I'm having a hard time finding anything.
