Memes about Tolkien's novels The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit. Adaptations? Never existed.
Thank you u/Skeptical_Romulan for all your help!
Memes can't include any content or references to adaptations.
What? Adaptations? Ridiculous! We all know Tolkien's works are unadaptable.

Ill news is an ill guest they say. So apologies in advance.
But Gimli's "Song of Durin" fits metrically with Mariah Carey's "All I Want for Christmas Is You".
I realized this when I misheard Mariah sing the lyric (which doesn't exist) "So Merry Christmas one and all", and I involuntarily continued "in elder days before the fall", and then the melody continued with Gimli's words :(
I'm cursed. Death will someday release me.
