Starting about 2 weeks ago (end of March 2020), a device on a P2 outlet stopped responding to Alexa commands. I went back to the Kookeek app and saw it had reset to not being setup for integrations. I went to set this up by tapping on third-party integrations, but it never got past "Registering..."
I waited 10 minutes, then again the next day, and tried restarting everything (phone, Alexa, device, etc).
Are the koogeek and/or Tomtop hosts down? Anyone else having trouble?
It still works with Homekit.
I have some European plugs but recently they show randomly ‘unavailable’ in HomeKit. Nothing’s changed. Same WiFi, no power failure. If I remove them and plug them back in they work fine. But it’s quite annoying if automations don’t work because they decide to be unavailable.
Koogeek support is so bad, they don’t even respond!
I have a Koogeek LB1 bulb (software version 2.2.2) that worked OK for several years. But now, every time there is a power outage it fails to respond in HomeKit and has to be deleted and reinstalled. This wouldn't be bad if power outages were rare, but I live in rural Thailand where they are somewhat common. It is especially irritating if I'm away from home for a few days and the bulb stops functioning until I get home and reinstall.
Is there any solution to this problem>?

I have the koogeek S1 scale and have set up multiple profiles. However, when someone with a similar weight steps on the scale as myself it defaults to my profile. Is there a way of manually override this and sent the reading to the correct profile?
Just for completeness, I select the profile I want to read to, have the person step on the scale, but when the full reading sends to my phone it swaps from Jane Doe to John Doe without asking me.

I bought logitech wireless smart button to control koogeek accessories that I have in my house but I can't link them. Any suggestions or help?
I just bought a Koogeek O1EU Outlet (power strip). Unfortunately the outlet only stays online for a few minutes. After that both the Apple HomeKit and Koogeek app are telling me the device isn’t responding. It only works again for a few minutes when I cut off the power and put it back on again..
Anybody else facing this issue? I have the most recent firmware on the device (2.3.16). I am using the 2.4ghz network as instructed. I have also done a factory reset without any improvement..
Hi, I've had a P1 for some time, and recently noticed that the device randomly shows a duplicate of itself in the Koogeek App. And then the Alexa Skill (The one for Koogeek that isn't for a P2) stops working with it as well... The device in the Koogeek app then shows that it isn't configured for Alexa. To fix it, I select the "configure" button, go back to the Alexa App, delete the device and rediscover it. It then works for a little while (hours at best) before the duplicate shows up and it all starts over. Has anyone else experienced this and found a fix? At any given time, the device comes up as Unresponsive in the Alexa app... so I'm not sure what I should do. Thanks in advance for your help.
Hello, I’m moving most of my devices to Hass.io , specially Koogeek since they behave really bad , they have their own attitude and lights restart or turn off whenever they want . I had luck with sockets and one gang light switches , but two gang light switches loose connection , help?
Hi, I bought and installed 2 outdoors KSC2 cams based on Amazon reviews. One of them is consistently viewable through the koogeek app, but the other one always gives errors like "Network Error: please try again", or sometimes "Failed to establish encrypted channel". I'm in contact with koogeek support but they have no solution so far.
I have tried all the usual tricks, like removing the cam form the app, resetting it and adding it again, but nothing worked.
Strangely I can view the cam using RTSP by pointing VLC directly at its IP address, so at least I know it's not a hardware issue.
Here's a bit of technical context that may be helpful:
-both cameras are connected to a Google Wifi mesh (first gen)
-the Wifi signal is excellent for both cameras (around 90%)
-the Wifi point they are connected to has "great" signal strength according to Google Wifi app
-my internet provider (POST Luxembourg) has Carrier-grade NAT, which means that the IP address I see in "Device information" is not my router's IP address, as my router doesn't have a public IP address.
-I have cameras from other brands that work without a problem in the same conditions
Any help is appreciated!
Hi I have the kh02, firmware 1.02 there is the 1.04, I set up Koogeek account, long press, open the firmware update. Says update firmware, then says firmware failed. I’ve tried everything I can think of. Please help or any info, experience..... Great switch once on HomeKit

My 8 LB1 no response. Nothing’s change but IOS 13 as installed a few day before. So I deleted my home in HomeKit, Koogeek app, reset my box and check for all update to make an clean install.
All works on WIFI 2,4Ghz Now i can add HomePod, Koogeek DW1, EVE motion sensor but can’t add my 8 LB1 Koogeek... IP adress is allowed to each LB1 but HomeKit miss the add.
What can i do to make my LB1 back ?

Does anybody else have any issues the past couple of days with their Koogeek devices not responding?
I have a P1 that shows the device time and time zone but when I recently added a P3 it is blank and “tap to update” does nothing. Therefore I cannot use this as a custom timer. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the app, deleted the accessory in the app and re-added it, hard reset the device, and still cannot get it to work properly. The firmware (1.39.11) is updated as well. I’m about to return to amazon but really want it to work like my P1 does so well. Please help!

After i updated my plugs they are very very unstable and goes into "No Response" after 10-20 seconds after they are re plugged to power.
Any one else with problems after updating?
I have two padlocks and they both say they need a FW update. When I start the update:
I have left it overnight twice. I tried from three different devices, I even uninstalled and reinstalled the software. All with no success.
Any tips or ideas?

I have a koogeek smart plug connected to a lamp. I want to create a automatization for when i am at home and are the 9:30 pm, the lamp turn on.
I can´t do the automatization work fine. In the koogeek app, first i create a scene to turn on the koogeek (lamp turn on). Then i create the automatization. 1.- I select the geolocalization in the map of the koogekk app. 2.- I choose the time of the day. For example 9:30 pm 3.- I add the scene to turn on the lamp. 4.- Save.
I go to the homekit app and the automatization is created with the position, "my home", and the time of the day. But when i am at home and the time comes, the lamp never turn on. why??? what is wrong??
Today i see that the automatization in the koogeek app and homekit lose the geoposition, i don´t know why! and i see that in the globe of the automatization said is ON but said, not trigger.
Anybody can help me?

A lot of their products are out of stock, are they no longer selling products on amazon? Or just very popular?
iOS 13 combines different services of a single accessory in a single tile in the Home app. In iOS 12, these services had different tiles, which makes much more sense for a power strip. Is there a way to change the settings (e.g. in the Koogeek app) to publish these services (outlets) as separate accessories in Homekit so they would get dedicated tiles? That would be a very welcome addition! Is this feature currently on the roadmap?

About half a year ago I got some koogeek switches and loved them (one single gang one double), so I thought I’d get some more of them, however I can’t seem to find any and only found the newer square dimmer beige ones (bought one, is on the way).
So does anybody know why they stopped making the older models? (If there’s a another WIFI decently priced option I’m interested 240v).
Also can the dimmer switches be used a “normal” switches? Ie if the bulb/light fixture doesn’t support dimming.

Hi. I use the koogeek fingerprint lock. I followed instructions to setup fingerprint and it work. After some time of no uses I can not unlocks with fingetprint, but only by app or HomeKit. Are there any way to keep in memory datas for more time? Thanks Regards Carlo
I’m interesting about an EU Smart Plug. Is it possible to use it remotely when im over 4G and away from home? I don’t use Alexa or something similar.
Hola a todos, he adquirido dos light bulb LB1EU e intentado conectarlas y no he podido, no reconoce la señal 2,4 ghz, no las reconoce ni en la app de home de apple ni en la app de Koogeek Home, ya las reinicié y sigue sin funcionar, alguien me puede ayudar a cómo solucionar esto.

I understand I can switch, but I do not want to accidentally dim it. I want to disable the dimming totally.
Is it possible to restart a router with the smart plugs from Koogeek? I know that some smart plugs can process this internally without the router. I bought the koogeek especially for this but was disappointed that I couldn't find this function.
