I made a pineapple-mango salsa. It's good with chicken.
I also added red onion and lime juice. Some coriander/cilantro and fresh chili would also be great in this, but I didn't have any.

I posted here on my old account long ago. I used to grow pineapples and here’s store bought pineapple vs one grown in my yard and ripened on the plant. The taste difference is as stark as the visual! Delicious. I have a ton of more pics of them in various stages of growing and ready to eat.
I can share more pics if anyone is interested! I miss this more than anything else since we moved but at least we gave the new homeowners the gift of the juicest, sweetest, most flavorful pineapples ever 🍍
