Will Kahr release their new double stack 9 at the upcoming NRA convention?
Hope they do and hope it is more than just vaporware....
Do they make a 10 round mag for cm9 .?? Just picked one up yesterday and was just curious
I am having a hell of a time hitting even close to POA from 7 yards sitting using a rest. I hit better with my shield 45 and LCP II both with small barrels. I gotta practice more on grip... A humbling firearm for sure.
Looking for anyone in the Bay Area that’s looking to sell their CW9, I am very interested! Dm me anytime
I bought a Kahr E9 from my father in law for 200 bucks. I like the all steel frame and slide and overall ergonomics of it. I have no experience or knowledge with Kahr firearms. Are they any good? Did buy it for a good price? It did come with factory case a 7 round mag and two 8 round mags. Anyone have holster suggestions?
I’m looking to possibly switch my CC to a Kahr in .45 but none of my local shops have any. Can anyone provide a review so I know something about them once I can get one in front of me to see? TIA
Have owned my K-9 for 20 years. Went to the range yesterday..worked great. Cleaned it today and then noticed with the mag in and slide locked back it was impossible to release the slide. Had to remove the mag first. Please tell me that it's NOT supposed to be that way. Called Kahr and they told me to push the slide back more to release tension on slide release ...no can do. Only way I can get it into battery is to remove mag. Honestly I don't know whats normal and whats not. Help an old guy out.
Does anyone have 10 round CW9 magazines they’re willing to part with? Kahr still won’t return my email about when they will restock.
So picked up a new P9. Bad first impression, box is impossible to open. Pistol soaked in oil. Will not lock open. Mags will not seat unless slammed in. WTF. This is supposed to be a better model, and from what I am experiencing, it is a POS. Any input appreciated.
I have a Thompson TM1. Due to circumstances, I've had to buy a wooden grip and stock bundle replacement. Everything but the pistol grip fits.
I contact Kahr if I can exchange the pistol grip for another. They decline, saying they prefer I ship the entire firearm.
I live in an apartment in a rough neighborhood. Direct shipping of firearms is wildly inadvisable. Shipping through dealers is an onerous process.
When I first bought this gun two years ago, the pistol grip was such a poor fit that I had to sand paper it myself. I ordered a replacement after Kahr gave me the aforementioned excuse. It fit perfectly. Then I sent the wood out for refinishing done by a gunsmith, and it was lost in transit. (For fucks sake! Pennsylvania, get your shit together!)
Now, today, I'm considering just cutting my losses and selling the fucking thing. Springfield has better customer service than this.
What would you tell someone asking for advice on adapting to the Kahr trigger when making the switch from Glocks? I have a CM9 and the concealability for a 9mm is fantastic and the grip feels very good for how small it is. The long trigger pull with no wall indicating the break is very different from a Glock. I want to love this gun but right now the trigger has me on the fence. It's not so much the long pull that bothers me - it's the lack of any final wall to give you a positive feel that the gun will imminently fire with any more movement. What is your advice for mastering the Kahr trigger?
