i cant find the last listed movie no matter how much i look. i also looked through this reddit to see any mention of the movie, didnt find any. does it actually exist?
I hand painted and sewed on the HOMRA tattoo on my jacket and it turned out great :) K project was one of the first anime i watched and I always thought the HOMRA symbol was super cool
I'm new here but I watched project K almost 6 years ago and also love Mikio Endo's music and listening to it constantly. I'm wondering if the fan base lf this title so small... And why...
I remember someone asking for a picture of all the swords awhile ago and this just came up on my Pinterest! Not sure how accurate they all are but have fun with them! (Also I wasn’t sure what to flag this so if I need to change it lmk)
I've been searching for those nuis for months, and they seem to be out of stock everywhere, Does anyone know what is the good site to get them? 🥹
I just happened to watch each anime one right after the other and the colors are almost identical are they written by the same artist or maybe the same animators the blues reds and purples and the stars I’m not really sure if they are connected it’s just a hunch
Oops! 😅
So, there’s a piece of merchandise that I can’t find, and it’s some type of cloth poster or something? It’s Homras bar sign, and I really really want it, but I don’t know where to find it. I found it on a proxy site at one point, but the seller never sent it out after I bought it so I got a refund. Does anyone know what I’m talking about or where to get it?
I'm rewatching K right now as well, and during the credits of E07: Key, I noticed an unfamiliar name that I don't think I've ever noticed before: Kitsune Kemuri, which means "Fox" or "Fox Spirit" + "Smoke". Also, it's double K just like the series logo, and it shares the same Japanese VA as Adolf K. Weismann.
Apparently, Kitsune Kemuri is the Colorless King's official name! Until now, I didn't think he had an official name as I've never seen it mentioned anywhere else in the entire series, and it's not even on his fandom page yet either, so I'm finding this tidbit of info about him to be very interesting.
Have I been missing something, or is this really the only time his name is revealed?
UPDATE
Kitsune Kemuri appears not only in the credits of E07, but E08, E09, E10, E11, and E12 as well. The character is listed as Colorless King (無色の王) in K: E13 (Special Ending) and K7S: Memory of Red (Japanese Credits), but it's always the same Japanese VA, Tetsuya Kakihara, so Kitsune Kemuri is used 6/8 times by the creators for the same character.
Sure, it's possible that it may have later been retconned/forgotten by the creators like other stuff was from the original anime (for example: Fushimi and Yata met HOMRA during Summer, Totsuka was killed in 2010, etc.), but I think it's very reasonable to assume that Kitsune Kemuri was indeed the Colorless King's official name.
I'v seen Bungou Stray Dogs, Durarara, same with Praeter no Kizu and Hands shakers but hose were terrible.
Many years ago I came across a pv which had the main theme (this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L4wgiBxo-m4). I can't find it anymore unfortunately. Does anyone happen to know what I'm talking about and saw it uploaded anywhere? Thanks!
I was rewatching K and noticed the woman that the colorless king (in Weismann's body) is dancing with on the airship, is she anyone specifically or just a dead woman he put a mask on?
^(note: I wrote this a long time back, but I fixed it up <3 I got such lovely comments on my first post here and I'm very happy to see that the community is still alive so these little babies of mine will have a home 🥺🥺🥺)
The bar was quiet that night, not that anyone needed noise. The usual clamour was missing, and the usual source was currently sitting on the couch, head in hands and feet tapping on the pristine wooden floors hoping that the past few nights were all some sort of fever dream. Some sort of enemy attack. Kusanagi stood behind the counter, cleaning a glass that didn’t need it. His eyes kept drifting to the empty chair at the head of the table, the spot that had always belonged to Mikoto Suoh. Now, it felt like a void, a gaping wound that hadn’t even begun to heal.
Yata Misaki sat alone, head bowed and hands gripping his own head as if it were the only thing keeping him upright. He felt hollowed out, like a part of him had been carved away the day Mikoto died, and now, he was just trying to function with what was left, and what was left was absolutely useless. Of course, everyone else was hurting too, because why wouldn't they? Their King had just died- but somehow, Yata felt like he was drowning, and no matter how hard he tried to stay afloat, he couldn't. Is this how Mikoto felt the entire time after Tatara died? Yata didn't really want the answer to that.
read the rest here on ao3 (because it's easier for me ghhjdkdfjds it's 1.5K words)
I didn't know there was a reddit for this (I've been writing for this fandom since I was 13, so that's been 8 years) and I love that people are still posting 🥺🥺🥺🥺💕💕💕
Ft. My signature for Yusuke Kitagawa! Matthew was very happy to see the K Project love and said it was one of his favorite series to record!
Look (dis)respectfully or I'll draw him as Wolverine next 👀👀
Does the Sword of Damocles appear every time a king fights or is it every time a king fights another king?
Hi, does anyone have any images of the swords from the front and depicted accurate to the anime? I have pictures for the silver, blue, and red king swords but I can’t find any of the others that are both colored and accurate and I simply don’t have the artistic ability to draw them myself.
Went and got another one of my favorite sadbois today 😎🤌
Thanks in advance
