At first I thought no way, the writing is way off.. but then after some research I've found several instances of Cartier using block lettering instead of their current cursive. I thought the placement of the brand name on the ring was off, but then I found some online examples of allegedly real pieces with the name in the same location. Any insight would be appreciated, thanks in advance!
*reposted cause formatting which is still wrong - I give up on that front. -.-
I know that STG means sterling, but this silver bracelet is plated with something and I don’t know what it is. I think it is rhodium , but I’m not sure. It’s the reason why I’d like to know what means this triangle hallmark that is on the bracelet, but I found nothing on Internet. This bracelet was bought in Canada around 1977.
I’m a completely novice when it comes to jewelry, but I’m interested in getting a piece similar to. I don’t really care about the exact brand (I doubt I could afford it), but I just want something with this look — kind of a thin chain, but a larger pendant. Any suggestions would be incredible, thanks.
My late aunt just left this to me. There are no markings. It’s heavy and I’m assuming it 14k. I’m not looking for value as much as I’m wondering if anyone might know the maker. She lived in Long Beach CA. I’m guessing it was purchased around the 1970’s.
