2021 Sport, 13k miles. Gonna start looking at wheels and tires soon. If y’all know any places with good prices for parts, drop em please❤️
Sometimes It only takes me to turn the power on for the sound to start. Any help is appreciated.
Finally test drove a Gladi yesterday for Black Friday deals. It’s a nice vehicle, but was so tight! Very narrow cab. We have both 2 door and 4 door, but found this uncomfortable. It was disappointing. Anyone else found the same? Sticking with what we have!
I’m considering having this installed on my 2023 4 door willys. What is the general consensus on this kit? Trash or pretty good?
I have a 21 rubicon 4xe and wanting to lift it up a bit to eventually comfortably run 35s. Im thinking around a 2-2.5” lift as I don’t want to go too high because it’s also a daily driver.
My question is, what’s a good sweet spot for budget when looking? I don’t want to cheap out with rough country stuff, but I also don’t need top of the line parts.
As mentioned 99% of the time it will be my daily driver but for that 1% of time it will be easy to moderate trails with some rock crawling.
I’m just wanting to set a realistic expectation for budget to save up. Any suggestions/tips/certain brands y’all recommend would be great. Thanks.
Edit to add, when I set my budget I want that to include everything I need to complete the lift. I also want to do it right, no spacer kits or the like. Proper lift with new springs/shocks/etc
An employee asks if I know what I’m looking for. I say “yeah, a winch cover.” He says “A wench cover?” I say “Yeah, I’m tired of looking at my wife.” He says “We don’t have those.” I say “A winch cover, or a wife…..” He stares blankly at me, and I can’t help but laugh 😂 I don’t think he still gets it.
Hey everyone,
I’ve got a 2019 Jeep Wrangler JL with around 80k miles, and it’s been a rough ride lately. Here’s the rundown: • First, the oil cooler started leaking, so I got that fixed. • Shortly after, the engine light came on—turned out to be a bad O2 sensor. • Then the camshaft sensor went bad. • Now the auxiliary battery is dead, and to top it off, the car shut off completely with every light on the dash lighting up like a Christmas tree.
Has anyone else experienced a chain of issues like this? Any advice or insights would be appreciated!
I am looking to buy a Rubicon since I moved to St George Utah. Used to own a 1970 CJ5 so it will not be my first Jeep. As I research the years available, it appears that the engine was upgraded in 2012 to the penstar motor so I narrowed down one after 2012, but then I read some articles saying “years to avoid” 2019, 18, 14, 13 and 12. Can someone explain why? If I go by this, I have 3 years to choose from. Here in Utah, there are a lot of jeeps, but a large amount of them are in those years not to buy. I would appreciate some reason for this so I don’t miss out on a good one. Also, is 120k considered a lot of miles? They should go 200k I would think. Thank you
How do y'all secure Christmas lights and decorations to your vehicles? I want to put Christmas lights around my frame but have no clue how to secure them without ruining my paint. Any ideas/advice?

Why are the Nokian’s so much cheaper?
I posted this in r/jeep the other day but I messed around the photo a bit.
Both rear blinkers went out at the same time. Both blinking fast. I replaced both blinker lights which didn’t solve the issue. Could it be a wiring harness issue? I would think not because it’s two separate wiring harnesses. Fuse?
Update: I accidentally replaced the wrong bulbs on both sides. Replaced the reverse lights.
Looking at lifting my 2011 jku and the easy option looks like getting a 2.5 lift from rough country. I plan on doing an overland build and 2.5 seems like the right amount. I also heard that driveshafts need upgraded after 3 inches of lift. I’m new to all of this and could used some advice from the vets.
Bolts are rusted out and gone, is that a donut gasket in there between those two pipes? don’t deal with jeeps too often I’m a Subaru guy, what do I need to order thanks in advance!
For anyone curious. I am sitting at 24 MPG after one month of usage, and around 3/4 tank of gas on the original tank of gas I brought it home with. Typically, I’ll charge at night on my level 1 charger and have had no issues. For my commuting purposes the 4xe works great, I’ve had no complaints to date. My household electric bill only increased about $40, after charging almost nightly. Happy Trails!!
I'm thinking of putting christmas lights on my 2024 Sahara. Does any one have any good tips or product suggestions? I think simple white lights would look best against General Green. Thank you
I noticed that my backup camera doesn’t make a beeping sound when I’m too close to something ( I learned the hard way ). Is that normal? I thought every backup camera made a noise when you’re about to hit something 😔..
About to pull the trigger on the i509 for my jku. My previous jku had the i209 and I’ve been wanting to do it since. I have a current aftermarket radio and already have the idatalink maestro paired with that radio. Can I just flash it to my new radio, or should I get another maestro? Thanks all and happy holidays!! :)
Hey all - I installed the RC tire relocation kit to fit 33s on the spare of my 21 JLU, and inadvertently ripped the 3rd brake light wire in half when it got caught as I was extending the bracket. I tried to splice it back together but it still won’t work. I’m guessing I’m not the first to do this - Anyone know of a link to steps on how to fix or replace it? I’ve been looking online but not finding much luck at all. Any help/guidance would be appreciated!
Thanks
Edit: fixed it, all set, I spliced them wrong.
Hello everybody ! Trying to plan on some tires which will be needed in about 2-3 months. My car right now is stock, no lifts, stock wheels, etc. What are the wheel specs to add some height to the jeep without needing to mod too much else ? Or will I need to add a lift kit to support the change in wheels ? Or any insight on this topic ?
Also, please talk to me nice . I'm trying to do this correctly and not hurt my baby. Thank you
My wife’s first look at her 2025 wrangler 6 speed. Gifted from her sons. Yesterday she said “I don’t have anywhere to go but I’m going out for a drive”. She ran into the neighbors but couldn’t figure out how to roll the windows down to chat. Console lock box, roof rack and kayak/oarboard carrier and rocker step on order. I’m testing some strong magnets on my wireless roof lights for towing it and i forgot front tow pin/bar also on order. I’ll post photos of her once she’s loaded.
Is there a way to change what comes on when you initiate the remote start on a wrangler (‘24 Sahara). I have the seat heaters, steering wheel heater and rear defrost, but not the front defrost which is annoying.
In the settings it doesn’t let you choose individual start items.
We're thinking about trading in 2021 2D sport for something my aging FIL can get into. I was expecting a much higher resale but the trade in numbers are meh. Can anyone share advice about selling to an individual? I'm nervous to let a stranger test drive or get scammed out of payment.
