Really happy to have caught him on tour, super last minute and everything worked out, got tickets, work off, everything. I had a great time, Jack absolutely is one of the best performers along with his band who killed it, really can’t wait until we talk about how great this tour was in a few years. Only thing that was a downer at my show was some stupid asshole group of old people who snuck their friends in, then tried to fight with me, some old bitch and a grown ass man in a man bun, since I was pissed that they cut in front of us, then one of their old asshole friends made it up to the front still blocking me, but thankfully the crowd got that asshole out, shout-out to the old dude who pressed him, you’re the goat! I still had a good time, I would absolutely see Jack any time he comes to town, hopefully you guys get to see him on this tour. If you did see him this month, what shows did you go to? Any stories to share?
Probably missing Jack on this tour🤷♂️ but at least i get to stare at this. All original sounds gnarly antique shop score ten years ago for 90 dollars
I can’t stop rewatching these videos I from Tuesday night in Chicago!
Or is anybody else afraid if they’re not glued to their phone they’ll miss a ticket announcement? So much stress lol
He hasn’t been playing it at every show but it’s my 11 year old daughter’s favorite track off of “No Name”.
Did anyone that got a copy have any info on the poster as to who the artist is? Jack's account only says BakerPrints and I didn't know if that was the actual artist or just the print shop. Looking to track down one for sale by the artist! Thanks.
Edit: I'm being told it was available at the show only! So if anyone out there has a spare, please let me know and I'll make it worth your while. $$$
Was so lucky to get tickets for both amazing nights and can't stop thinking about them! First time seeing him live and I'd do it again in a heartbeat!
Did anyone catch what he said at Metro, maybe before Freedom at 21? It started with, "this is for Puerto Rico..."
Maybe I’m missing more.
They added the extras on sale now!
And then it began…..🤯
Saw you in the front row and thought your fit looked cool af but could not get to ya to talk to you and couldn’t tell if you were there with a date already. Tried to find ya after the concert but couldn’t. Anyway my name is Zach I’m 25 and on the off chance you see this lmk if you’d be down to hang sometime or wanted my number.
Ps; Ik this post is a Hail Mary that will go nowhere but I’d love to talk to someone who is also into JW as much as me, and not sure when he’ll come back to Chicago so fuck it I’m sending it. 🤘🏻
Before getting in line (about 20 people so far) go see the workers near the Halloween inflatables to check in and receive your tickets for tonight! They’re physical and they will be checking for a wristband and ticket in order to get in tonight from what they told us.
Most importantly enjoy the show!🎃👻
Venue employee said there’s 140 student tix available, come take advantage, only 20 or so students in line. And keep an eye out for leftover tix to go up later on the site
So, Jack having shows with just a few days notice with tickets not being transferrable and you have to be there to get the tickets. Is this all to prevent scalpers? No matter what, you can't sell a ticket cause of all the security measures with last name, ID checking and wristbands.
Are no other artists doing this? Honestly, more artists should do this to prevent that kind of thing. Imagine if Taylor Swift did this. No one would be able to spend 5k on a ticket. Then again, the will call line would be 100 miles long and a hazard of some sort.
I saw Jack in Cincinnati few years back, got my ticket $25 all in on the day of the show. Someone I met there said they spent over $150. So, having transferrable tickets has it's perks.
Along with this, he silently released an album and tour.
