Is it the same streaming place, that just got renamed, or are they 2 different locations?

Anyone heard about this album? Randomly came across it on soundcloud awhile ago, recently went back to find it and it seems to be gone from almost anywhere. All I can find is the tracklist on discogs

I really want to learn how to make JP Electronic, but I can’t seem to find the help that I need or any tutorials. Can someone point me in the right direction. Looking at stuff like this as a reference: https://soundcloud.com/konofumin/afterimage-2

There are tons of music recommendation sites/forums/apps/whatever out there, but obviously none of them list any sort of Japanese stuff on there. Are there any sites that do?

I'm guessing I'd have to look to an Japanese site, which is totally fine, if you know of any please mention em!

I am a documentary filmmaker and a big techno/house lover myself, and there's an opportunity to produce a shorts series about some of innovative Japanese artists, especially in a context of newly developing scenes/movements.
