I am an animator drawing in this perspective and am tasked to make our 2D models work in this perspective and I have been having the hardest time making them work. Does anyone have advice or link resources in how to illustrate characters in this perspective?
Had a lot of fun working in this style, might have to do more!
i’ve been thinking it could be cool to create custom monument valley levels, kind of like a community project. like, everyone who’s interested designs their own level, and then we could compile them into one big collection or something.
hi, id love to make my own pixel isometric world/maps but have no experience or prior knowledge of what programs and resources are available to me
furcadia is the closest thing i can think of, but there are restrictions on free accounts (such as small world size) where i cant exercise unlimited freedom to create large worlds
i am not interested in programming a mechanics intensive game. at most, i only would like to have a character sprite walk around the maps i create, have the ability to enter different rooms/areas i make, and talk to npcs or objects to spit out text boxes
thank you!
I think it can be interesting after I saw the Paris house scene
