Good day, I'm visiting from Canada and a huge fan of the Asakura brothers. I know it'll be like 5am but, knowing nothing of bar/pub/restaurant scene in Dublin, I ask: is there any place where I can watch UFC 310?
Are there really no promotions of even just proper fights for u18s? I can only find light contact or kickboxing.
Has anyone heard about team kaobon head coach Colin heron used to coach Darren till Mike Grundy etc been exposed for touching kids and messaging for pictures of there private parts wondering if anyone knows anything it’s going around Liverpool and England MMA
I'm 14
I am trying to decide which gym to join for MMA training. I am a recreational athlete with no plans to fight. So far, I have trained about a year in total (bjj, kickboxing and boxing). Any thoughts on these two gyms?
I'm giving serious thoughts about creating a Professional MMA Promotion in the North West.
Currently on book 5 of 5 "The Official Fight Promoters Playbook" - Tony Shultz on Kindle.
Currently waiting for books on Corporate Finance, Marketing & PR to arrive.
Any tips or advice would be sincerely appreciated 🤞

Born To Fight is an introspective interview with Irish professional MMA fighter Philip ‘The Honeybadger’ Mulpeter. In this compelling documentary, Philip dives deep into the spirit of fighting, exploring what it truly takes to be a fighter. He shares his personal journey, revealing the indomitable spirit that drives him, and argues that the soul of a fighter is something innate – you can’t teach it; it’s something you’re born with.
Was anyone else at Bellator in Dublin last night? The fawning over McGregor was so fucking sad, no problem recognising his attendance, doing so for celebrities is a known thing in the sport, but interviewing McGregor in the cage after Sinead Kavanagh lost, before interviewing the fight winner was genuinely pathetic. The constant “McGregor cam” of him just sitting cage-side throughout the remaining fights just reeked of desperation.
Big up Paul Hughes though, looking forward to seeing his progression through PFL/Bellator.

Trying to revive this sub as we have 2 lads on the Atlantic City card this weekend and Irish pro mma has never looked better with some of our best amateurs turning pro recently, how do you think Rhys and Caolan get on this weekend and who’s your favourite current Irish prospect !

Personally, I think we will get 3 wins from Garry, Bannon and Loughran!
Hi all ,
Im looking to start a career in mma/kickboxing/boxing and want to go to the ufc or glory , become undisputed heavy weight champion . does anyone know any gyms in Louth are that can train a 37 yr old to become the next champ
Spoke with a well known mma journalist in the Irish scene, and he confirmed to me that everyone he has spoken to has gone off Ian Garry, he was shocked, thought the Irish fans would stick with him regardless, but confirmed he hasn’t spoken to single fan who is behind Garry right now! The journalist said he can’t see a world where Garry every regains that backing unless he wins the title.
What’s everyone think of Ian Garry now they’ve had enough exposure to him? I was already finding it very hard to like him, but his recent Instagram videos where he lied about the reason he was kicked out of Team KF really tipped me over the edge, makes me also think he was just flat out lying about all the shit with Leon Edwards and Renegade! I’ll always support Irish fighters in the cage because I think ultimately it’s good for Irish MMA but my god, Ian Garry has an insufferable personality
Latest episode of the Auld Triangle podcast. Very good interviews.
If so where do you train?
I know I’ve posted about Dean Barry before but I’m genuinely fascinated by him, he’s just posted on his Instagram that he’s fighting next weekend on short notice in the States, I have a sneaky suspicion the fight doesn’t take place or there’s some big pull out!
For level of organisation and planning, comfort, atmosphere, service, and quality of fighters?
What’s everyone’s opinion on Dean Barry? From what I’ve seen he seems like a complete bullshitter, from lying about multiple fights that have never come to fruition, lying about injuries (Redser called him out for this on The Auld Triangle podcast), to lying about being on the newest season of TUF only to be pulled out because of injury, he just comes across as totally unprofessional! Shauna Bannon on the other hand, comes across as the complete opposite, driven, focused and professional! I find it mad they’ve a kid together, although they don’t seem to have much of a relationship at all! I’ve also noticed Dean posting a lot more training posts to his Instagram and how he’s on his way back to the top, all since Shauna was announced as having been signed to the UFC. Maybe I’m being harsh …
Does anyone know of a BJJ gym in Dublin that has a timetable for adults most places I see are more youth orientated, any help would be great.
