Hey everyone! So I was thinking… we had such a fun time with the last Infinity Train Appreciation Week. The fan art, headcanons, memes, and all the creative stuff people came up with were honestly amazing. It was just cool seeing the fandom come together like that.
I know life gets busy, but I was wondering—why not do it again? No pressure or anything, but if enough people are interested, it could be fun to pick a week and just celebrate the show again. Maybe share some new art, write headcanons, or even come up with InfinitySonas for fun.
If you’re into it, feel free to throw out ideas or dates that work. If not, that’s totally cool too. Just thought I’d put it out there!
I mean think about it. Red headed girl with big glasses, robot companions, and a fury friend too? Sounds eerily familiar…
Hey folks. This will be a continuation of how bad Infinity Train was treated where I said that even though what happened to this show was bad, it's nothing new given Warner Bros. history of always screwing up with animation but as I delved deep into their history with animation, there was one animated movie whose history reminded me so much of Infinity Train to how it got treated due to how it was treated so badly and this took place back in 1997, way before Zaslav came to power.
Turner Feature Animation, the animation division of Turner Entertainment, who owned Cartoon Network, wanted to make a full-fledged animated after working on The Pagemaster that was a fun and animal-filled take on Hollywood's Golden Age with a message on prejudice and bigotry. Many people in the production were excited until Turner got merged with Warner Bros. and everything was ruined as the film in WB's hand barely had any marketing and was treated like an afterthought for WB and thus, the movie became a box office failure as it $3.5 million out of a budget of $32 million and according to an animator that worked on the movie, when WB added in their logo in the opening credits and not Turner's, it felt like a slap in the face and solidifying how little they cared for this movie.
Because of this movie's history and how Infinity Train was treated, this is what Shirley Bassey calls history repeating itself as it's basically an animated project that fell victim to a merger and the studio treated it like trash and to make things worse, WB kept on fumbling with other movies like Quest for Camelot, The Iron Giant, Osmosis Jones and others as they were all flops so while what Zaslav did to Infinity Train was awful, let's not forget WB isn't innocent as well as they canceled the show before Zalsav came around and they even encouraged Zaslav to do the purge of content for the sake of money and this mistreatment of animation has been something they've been doing since the 90s, such was what happened to Cats Don't Dance.
Write an oc from where your from, who's name is either your first or middle name, and your favorite color is their trauma/reason for being on the train. I know that sounds confusing, here.
Blue- A loved one died and their having trouble accepting that.
Yellow- One of their parents is getting remarried and that really upsets them.
Literally anything else- Their getting cyberbuilled and it's making them depressed and they keep skipping school.
i'm pretty sure i can't put links, so i'm gonna advertise this way. anyways, i have an infinity train discord to server, just respond and ill give the link or smth. just put down your usernames just in case
Her parents are divorced like mine, I didn't expect to have something like that in common with her. At the same time though I don't realte to her love of coding, for me it's more frustrating than fun. This stuff just makes Tulip more interesting to me!
I have a theory about why the train exists, how it chooses individuals, and why.
So the infinity train is presumably infinite as per the name, but who could've built such an insanely powerful peice of technology? I think humans did some time in the distance future. They built a train to outlast infinity so we could ride out the end of time. These carts exists to store infinite worlds on the train, and denizen as care takers. I think eventually these crafters died out from in fighting and humans left the train abandoned for eons.
The train runs forever even without humans and eventually wraps around back to the beginning of time, and the train reaches a problem. If humans don't develop the technology to build the train will it exist when the time comes for the train to be built? The train also wants humans to be able to use it without destroying themselves and leaving the train empty for eons. The train through One develops a plan. They will find the humans with the best potential at a cross roads in their lives to try to change the world so the train will be a heaven for humanity in the distant future. They find the point, the flaw and bring them abroad to help them become better people who will bring about a better world where humanity can live through infinity.
I think it is amusing that Tulip's signature is the lowest of the bids.
