Hey, i was wondering has anyone faced racism, hate comments from people online or in person over owning a g35? i've gotten some hate speech in person over my car over my car i brush it off cause i don't really care as tone of voice is more joking in person, but online i get a lot of hate just wondering if anyone had a similar experience
My 2024 qx50 says audio muted. I can’t hear people on the phone when trying to call. Siri responds when I give commands but I can’t hear or talk on the phone. Any tips?
Does anyone know what this strip is called or where its at on an infiniti website? I have found a few it could be and don't want to get the wrong one. Thanks for any help!
Anybody know what exhaust system this sounds like? Probably the best sounding z i’ve heard it doesn’t even sound like a vq.
I Just Gotta A Call Back That My Rear Main Seal Is Leaking I’m At 170k Miles Do Yall Recommend Trying The Rear Main Seal Additive? Before I Try To Replace The Part. The Car Smokes Due To The Leak But It’s Not Too Bad.
Hey everyone,
To start, I don’t know much about cars..
On Monday, I had my 2014 Q50 (just over 110,000 miles) serviced at my local Infiniti Dealer, who has been the only place to touch my car for the 8 years I have owned it, except tires at Discount Tire.
They serviced the front/rear diff and the transfer case. As soon as a left the dealer, I could hear a noise coming from the back of the car. It almost sounds like a light thumping/warping type noise. No idea how to explain it. I thought a window was cracked open or something. The noise starts around 30mph but the car feels completely fine.
So now today (Thursday), I brought it back and the guy got in the car with me and we drove it. He agreed that he could hear it and it wasn’t normal.
After sitting there for 2.5 hours, they can’t find any issues. They said they hear it and they can tell it’s coming from the rear diff. They drained the rear diff fluid again and it’s completely clean as opposed to metal shavings if it was going bad. (This is word for word from them as I don’t know what any of this stuff means).
He said they also checked everything else in the rear like wheel bearings and everything looks fine/tight.
So they sent me on my way and basically said sorry, everything looks fine.
Any ideas?
Thanks for any help.
Buying the car off Marketplace and I want to know what exact exhaust system this is because seller claims it was $4k ( 370z 2012 with 104k miles for $9700 total )
I dropped a fuse inside and can't reach it 🥲 I removed the only bolt that I found but I don't wanna pull too hard in case I break it lol. pictures
found a deal on a g37 journey with 139,404 miles for $5.5k, says theres no issues but ill test drive to make sure, is this a good deal and is this car worth it?
I have the option of buying a 2014 or 2016 QX80. Both are base models RWD. Both at 105k miles. What is the best option and easier to maintain(I think 2016 had more luxurious electronics)
Same price basically. 2014 is sold by dealership who put new tires and it's "inspected" 2016 is private seller.
I recently purchased a 2014 QX80. I got a very good deal on it, in part because it had a CEL. Code read revealed failed CATs and No other issues. Where I live, we don't do emissions testing so I don't actually care to replace the CATs. I bought some 02 Fowlers for the rear sensors which typically eliminate the CEL. Cleared the code and have been driving without a CEL for about a week. Today, it popped back up now reading P0171/P0174 Fuel System Lean. Also showing P008A Low Fuel Pressure System. I'm wondering what the likelihood is that installing the fowlers has caused the sensors to think the CATs are "Working too well" thus leading to the lean codes, vs. the actual occurrence of a new problem. Input/Advice is welcome.

I am getting an error that just says "Key systems error". Car doesnt even pretend to turn over, the gear shifter goes too far past drive/reverse, just a weird situation I havent run into to before. The timline goes: I spilled a drink on my passenger side floor Sunday evening maybe around 7pm. Car works fine Monday, and Tuesday until my drive home at about 8pm. Get home, car wont go into park, get the error, engine won't start again, and there I leave it with the e-brake on. Today, go out in the morning to try again and still no luck.
I popped open the floor side paneling to feel the BCU, which apparently can cause this, but it felt bone dry. Didn't detect really any moisture left in the area. Key fob will lock/unlock doors still. I'm in rural maine so getting places without a car fucking sucks, any ideas to try before i get this bad larry towed?
2017 Q60 sport 3.0
Had the car for over a year now, I bought it on marketplace for 18k with 60k miles. It is a rebuilt title for a theft was stripped of parts. I’ve had issues with the bcm, random wires, cameras don’t work, remote start doesn’t work, and a few other things I can’t think of.
After seeing people post about rebuilt titles and everyone saying to stay away, be honest did I make a financial oopsie buying this thing and could I even get anything close to what I paid if I tried to sell?
Aside from all of the I love the car very fun and looks great.
Hi All,
Just purchased a 2016 QX50 (AWD). Both me and my wife are loving the car. Almost feels like old school V8 kinda power.
Coming from a Civic, i am not the biggest fan of the seating position. Its way too high, almost SUV like seating position which is odd because this is kinda like a G37 wagon if you ask me.
I'd like to keep the factory seats and lower it (i've seen some G37 seat lowering mods). Alternatively ive driven the G coupes and sedans and their seats seem good to me. Has anyone had any luck swapping them (or lowering the seat).
I’m 17 looking for a car to have through college. I’ve been wanting a q50 3.0t, looking for 2017-2019. I’ve done research but just want to hear people’s thoughts on the reliability of the car.
