I've just passed out of 12th (a few more entrances are left for me to write), and I should be having 2-3 months completely free. I'm Obese, and I have to loose weight. It doesn't impact me too much in my daily life, but I know that 10 years down the line, if I stay like this I will have 100 issues to worry about. Plus my self confidence would improve if I become fitter.
Problem is, I need a lot of motivation to do anything (Have mild adhd, nothing too drastic). I would go to the gym for a few days, work out nicely, and never continue. So I thought of an Idea, that might or might not work.
To play football, you have to be fit, there's no way around it. You can be bulky, but you should be able to run for the entire 90 mins. So my idea was that I would start learning football, and even play a few casual matches if I get the chance, and due to the pressure of needing to perform/not leading the teammates down, it would create another push for me to go to the gym.
I want to do this with two sports, one individual, and one team sport. I decided on badminton and football, as I was actually decent with badminton before covid (And still play ok considering I never went for a class for more than 2-3 months), and football is the most fitness intensive sports out there.
I would love some help and advice for me. The type of exercises, The Coaching (for football) that I would have to join (I don't want it to be too intense, Not trying to go pro here lol), certain tricks to keep me motivated etc. I live in Bangalore btw, if that helps with anything.
Found the photo in my grandfather's stuff after he passed i wanted to know what team or tournament this was
Why are middle seats more expensive than front ones? Better view or something?
Hello, I am currently doing a (remote) internship with Fraga Sports Agency who are located in Brazil and are looking to expand over to India and look to both gain some India clients while also getting some of their clients to the ISL.
If anyone has a way to contact the clubs outside of social media, that would be much appreciated.
Thanks for your time
It's my first time

Normally I wouldnt care less but if that German Parasite is coming back to Asia, I will do my due diligence and ask you guys first. Dont want the Asian Football going backwards. As long as the video is saying Negative about Klinsmann, its all good. Need to spread awareness of that parasite. If it's positive, a brief translation is appreciated.
Could anyone please help with how to get tickets for the match on 6th June?

Hi Guys, Sachim here from IFL,
Indian Football Live which is the oldest and most active Facebook Football Group has been banned by Facebook for Copyright Infringement!
I was hoping to check with the community here if we can do something to revive it?
