This subreddit is dedicated to In-N-Out Burger, its associates, and the guests who dine at our stores.
Whenever I come to L.A.—in fact, one of the reasons I look forward to doing The Taste—is because as soon as I arrive I'll hit the airport In-N-Out, and on my way out of town, after finishing The Taste, I'll pick up another. Every once in a while I'll even buy a big reeking back of burgers with onions and fries and shakes, and I'll bring 'em back through my very nice hotel lobby, and it's really an amazing thing to see. Generally speaking, when you walk through a lobby of a nice hotel with a big reeking bag of fast-food, people look at you like you're low class, like, 'Why are you bringing that in here? We do have a restaurant.' No, nothing but love and admiration, even from the staff. They're like, 'Good going sir, nicely done sir, excellent!'"

For what it’s worth: obviously the cheese and meat is not kosher, furthermore the spread does potentially contain soy products which is kitnyot. It was pretty good tho, spread and matzah is a delightful combination. Chag Sameach!
Sooooo, I completely thought that I had today off, and when I checked my schedule it said I was actually scheduled in the morning, but it was far too late. The store didnt text me or call me or anything, so should I bring it up? I really want this job and i’m scared it might be the end lol.
Hi i’m 15 and i got hired at in n out and a lot of people get mad at me when they find out that i can’t put fries in the steamer or do any prep because i can’t touch food until i am 16. It stresses me out because people are always mad at me that i cant do simple things like putting fries in the steamer but i was wondering if anyone else was hired at 15? p.s yes you can get a job at in n out if you are 15 and a half which is when i got the job, you just can’t do onions or tomatoes. Yes i am stuck on lvl 1 till i am 16 then i can do tomatoes etc. to lvl up.
is it true that there’s a larger hat that girls can order? my hair is in braids so that would be clutch
Not as much spread on the fries as I would've liked but that's alright
Could any part time current/former associates share what their schedule looks/looked like on a week to week basis? I’m currently at 30 hours a week or less and am scared they’ll randomly stop scheduling me as Ive heard of that happening Maybe I’m just paranoid or just want to hear good news 😅😅
Has anyone gotten any news or emails about the picnic T-shirt contest? I’ve seen a couple people say they sent out emails about not winning so I’m curious to see if anyone has received a winning email yet?
i live in california and i have a guy friend who lives in new york.
he's never been to california so he doesn't understand how delicious and afforable in n out is.
each time that i mention having a craving for a double-double with grilled onions, animal fries and a vanilla/strawberry shake (my go-to), he makes stupid comments about how he "heard" the burgers are small, the fries are tasteless and how he wouldn't try it if he were to come to california. he enjoys shake shack though and swears by it.
like BRO YOU CANNOT SAY THIS WITHOUT TRYING IT YOURSELF.
YOU CANNOT GO OFF WHAT HATERS SAY.
BE YOU, BE TRUE. DONT MISS OUT ON GREATNESS CUS YOU WANT TO BE DIFFERENT.
talking to him be so stressful, i just cannot sometimes 😭
i live in san francisco. within the last few years, a shake shack was built at a mall (4.4 miles from home) that i go to frequently and i always walk passed it. i literally get on the freeway to daly city (8.2 miles from home) for in n out and always will 💁🏽♀️
My dad once told me that the reason In N Out's are only on the west coast was because the owner wanted to be able to drive to any In N Out that existed in one day, or something like that. Is this true? Has anyone else heard this myth?
I had my interview yesterday and I was hired on the spot. I’m so excited it’s my first job. I wanted to say thank you for all the advice on Reddit it was really helpful. I was wondering how the training goes and if there’s anything I should know? I am looking for any advice on a new hire and js expectations. Thank you!
Was butthurt to see it closed
Curious as to what your guy's smiles goal is, my store is currently 82,500
Flying Dutchman + 2 patties with a side of lettuce, tomato, and chilis. Protein style is just too messy so I eat this with a knife and fork, haha!
Not a bad week, but a long week. It’s nice to come from work and eat outside in peace
So I need some in n out shipped to me. Is there anyway I can get everything deconstructed? I would prefer a relative bring it through on a plane, but how would I go about ordering everything deconstructed? I miss in n out so much and the closest is 800 miles there and back that’s 1,600 miles 😭
Enjoy some animal fries for me if you live near one Thanks to all.
So on dubs or the onion used to be between the meat... or a 3x3 it was 1 meat onion 2 meat. Or a 4x4 it was in the middle when did they change it and now the onion is on top.? I worked there for 2 or 3 years left as a level 6 I always remember doing it the way I said but have been getting them with onion on top and I don't think it's as good... do I remember wrong it was over 10 years ago so I could be remembering incorrectly.
How do i make a lite lemonade
So like I’m a level 6 and I was scheduled to work at a different store like 15 mins away two days in a row taking a half , I’ve been scheduled at different stores before but not two days in a row . Considering it’s a old ass store and always busy and understaffed I’m not looking forward to it . Is being scheduled at different stores part of your working agreement ? Or is it something managers gotta do .
I took someone’s order and when she used her debit card, the system said it was stolen and that the card declined? What does that mean? Usually when someone’s card declined it doesn’t say stolen?
I'm trying to acquire a Nevada t-shirt. Does the Henderson location have these or do they say Las Vegas?
my store hit the highest cars moved in one half that I've seen, 53 cars while I was on handheld. for a single lane 3-grill store in Utah, I think that's pretty good, but I'm curious to know what y'all have gotten
