What is illbient? Here's a few definitions:

Though there are many individualistic variants of illbient, the music is characterized by interesting dub-wise layering of soundscapes, hip hop-influenced use of samples and a progressive approach to beat programming that encompasses all genres of world groove and electronic music. Usually, but not always, illbient uses beats more than purely ambient music, and often illbient includes loops in the recordings.

A primarily urban style which arose in New York City in the early '90s, combining elements of Ambient soundscapes and Hip Hop, using Dub's disorienting production techniques.

Hi! As the one who TRULY loves music by Scorn and Mick Harris I always wanted to find more music inspired by this sound or at least in the same vein, so finally I collected all of the discoveries in one place!
