I find it really interesting that Greenwood Fire Department was saying how horrible of a job Seals Ambulance was doing when the new service they have are driving around in an ambulance that has a temporary license plate that expired a month ago.
I am looking for a job in Indy (surrounding areas)! I don't have a degree but I have over 6 years of management experience and 2 years of that as a general manager. I've applied to over 150 jobs but I'm not having much luck :(
I love exploring coffee shops! So far, I've been to The Mocha Nut and Fresh Pots. What other coffee shops/cafes do you recommend in Greenwood?
Thanks!
I am looking for someone who can do good work, dependable, reliable, honest and is able to contribute over a longer period of time. Ideally, we would agree on prices for small portions of a larger job over time. I am in no rush to get everything done at once. Best candidate would be someone who is a retired mason that wants to work at their own pace. The benefit to me is that we establish a work relationship, a sense of trust and be able to work on projects at a pace I can pay with cash over time.
Hi, everyone!
I work for the Johnson County Public Library, and we're planning a cultural fair for Saturday, September 9th. I am searching for restaurants that would like to either donate food, demonstrate simple dishes being made, or selling food to us to offer. I'm looking specifically for restaurants that highlight cuisines from other countries. If you are interested in helping us with this festival, please let me know. Thank you in advance!
Hi, can anyone local tell me how many freight trains pass through Greenwood daily? Thanks!
I recently moved to Greenwood and am on the hunt for a therapist. I’m currently covered under the MDwise/Healthy Indiana Plan, which has a search option for local providers. However, it has been the case with the last several calls I have made that the listed providers are not covered within my network. Does anyone have any suggestions/recommendations on finding a therapist within Greenwood who accepts HIP?
Working on my photography skills and looking for cool things to take pics of. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
I have probation in Johnson county, I go to the probation center by the Franklin Courthouse. Does anyone know what kind of drug test the do, and whether or not the do etg testing for people who aren’t there on a drinking charge?
Does anybody think this will impact the city?
Just moved to the Greenwood area (135/Stop 11). Other than the chains, what are some try eats? I'm all for hole in the wall places. Is the fish, chicken, gyro place any good?
Also, any good vegetarian places? Wife and kiddo are plant eaters.
Thanks!
We are planning to build a new house in the Greenwood/Bargersville area. Specifically looking at two communities - Morningside by Lennar (used to be Calatlantic or Ryland) and Saddle Club by M/I homes. Anyone here have experience with these two builders? These two communities are located adjacently in Bargersville. Saddle club has ranch and 2 story homes in their community. Morningside has ranches, 2 story homes and estates in their community. We plan to live in this house for about 5 years and sell it- so resale is important to us. Saddle club is a little bit pricier by about 10-15k compared to Morningside. The square feet of the house and the plot size are a little bit more compared to Morningside. Morningside - as they have estates, the prices in the community range from 310,000 to 550,000. Saddle club is around 330,000 to 460,000. We did like both communities, but have been confused which to choose from. Any suggestions?
Thank you!
I live right on county line and I'd like to find a good spot near me to work on my cardio. I want to do about 9-12 miles without having to stop and go too many times. Roads only please, I have no mountain bike.

Are there any cool old abandoned buildings or things worth exploring in Greenwood o surrounding or the surrounding area?
Is there any good places to just go in and buy a single slice of pizza around Greenwood? We love Brozzini's pizza but they only have slices for limited time's we have been told which is just frustrating coming from Illinois where we could pick up a slice of pizza any time of day.
Two weeks ago 3 teenage boys rang my doorbell at 3 in the morning... Twice. And they stole a gnome off of my front porch. And they just came by again and banged on my windows. Just curious if anyone else has gotten hit.
I've been living in Columbus for almost a year now and feel that it is time to move closer to the big city. I still want to be near Columbus because of work, but also desire more of a social life. I think I've settled on Greenwood being a good balance of the both but have not idea which areas are ideal to live in. I'm wanting to be able to get to Indy easily and to work in a decent time... Also what are the best house searching methods around here?
