TIPS:
- Post clear picture(s) of your dog, preferably from different angles. Face & side body profile are the big ones.
- Mention the dog's weight, especially if the pic doesn't include something for scale.
- Mention the dog's age. Keep in mind that younger dogs can sometimes be very hard to distinguish.

Semi-new rescue. What breed is this good boy?
Got one of the best dogs I’ve ever owned last July. However, I’m curious what you guys think he is a mix of. I think it’s pretty clear he’s got some German Shepard, but not full blood. Any ideas what else? For reference he’s a little over 4 years old and around 72 lbs. maybe Shepard/lab or some hound?

Shelter says cattle dog, what else do you see?
We’re adopting this adorable girl from our local animal shelter. She was picked up as a stray in western Washington, and the animal shelter thinks she’s a cattle dog mix (she’s 35 lbs at 9 months) - but what else do you think she could be a mix of?

We get asked all the time what she is..
We were told she was a presa Canario and Shepherd Mix when we got her but It's hard to say. She gets asked if shes a Dutch Shephard a lot these days.
