Hello I have Cloud ll’s and it is very hard to play tarkov because they barely or sometimes don’t reproduce low volume. Volume when running, shooting or hearing close steps is fine. Everything is at 100% Is this fixable? Is it a damaged cable thing or a setting thing? It might be time to replace them though I only have like 2 years with them
Hi I bought my HyperX Quadcast Microphone a while ago and recently bought a boom arm to mount it. However it appears that I didn't receive a mount adaptor in the box. I have the original receipt (bought from a local retailer).
I saw that you guys offered to send these adaptors to people who can provide proof of purchase. Would this be possible?
I have seen on many reddit posts that they have gotten delay when the use it and other problems. Is it fixed, should i get it? or should i steer away from it?

I've just bought my headset some days ago and it cames on firmware v4.1.0.8 f. Accidentally I've downloaded, from HyperX Support Website, and applied the last (and only) firmware updater available over there, that it's v4.1.0.7. Now I cannot find how to update it from version v4.1.0.7 to v4.1.0.8. Any tips how and where can I get this last version?
So i knew before hand that the center of this mouse pad gets warm and it doesnot bother me but i just want to know will this affect the mousepad later. And if i some how can reduce the warmth with one way or another thx
when i looked at the headset on google all the boxes had a different design and idk if those were hp or kingston but when i ordered this on amazon it had this box does anyone know cuz i heard the hp one isn’t as good
I’ve had my mic for about a year or so and the other night I was tightening it after moving my mic arm and the bolt and screw made a nasty metal cracking sound and now the mic is just loosely dangling on the bolt. I’ve tried to take the mount off and look at the screw but it doesn’t seem to be broken so I’m guessing the bolt that the screw locks into has broken threads or it’s cross threaded now. I’m not sure how the screw tightened the position of the mic on the adapter to know exactly how I can fix it so I’m looking for any info on either how to fix it myself or if hyperx would send so replace ment bolts and screws. To clarify the microphone itself is fine it’s just lose and won’t tighten to the position I want it so my audio output it’s suffering due to it. Moreover I’ve tried to go through the tech/product support and it sends me to a chatbot that keeps asking me useless questions every time I try to explain the issue. If anyone can any advice I’d be more than happy for it. Thanks
Hello, I’m trying to figure out what might possibly be wrong. I’ve had this headset for a year and a half (Itachi Edition) and have had no issues with the mic. I’m not sure if an update occurred with my PC that may have caused it or if somehow unplugging the headset caused it but the wired headset mic is no longer registering with my gaming computer. I tested the headset mic on another computer and it works just fine. So far, here are the things I’ve tried:
-Restarting the computer -Cleaning the mic jack and reseating/inspecting the port for obvious damage or connection issue -Ensuring all drivers are up to date -Going into the sound settings, Realtek audio console and control panel to see if the mic if showing up anywhere (it’s not, not even in disabled devices) -Switching to all available recording devices to see if I can hear the scratch of the mic rub on recording playbacks -Called HyperX to see if they could help (nope)
It’s probably something really stupidly simple I’m glossing over or maybe an update that caused it not to be recognized? I honestly have no idea. If anyone has had this happen or can offer some advice I’m all ears, just want my damn mic to work.
Ive got hyperx quadcast for past 4 years but now i got a problem original table stand broke. So is there a way to buy new arm for it or do i have to just make "makeshift" one

Somehow, my dog managed to get hold of the USB-C transceiver for my HyperX Cloud III wireless headset, and now I need a replacement. I've searched on Amazon and the HyperX website but couldn't find one. I did come across some questionable options on eBay, but I'm hesitant to go that route due to trust issues with the platform. I also called HyperX support, but they weren't very helpful. Lastly, I did a quick search through Reddit posts but didn't find any specific to the Cloud III transceiver, which brings me here.
Has anyone else found a reliable way to replace this transceiver? Or is there another method to connect the headset to a PC? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.
Does anyone know where I can find a replacement? Will my PC still detect my headset as HyperX if the adapter is different?
I have used this Cloud Buds for almost a month and it has been great. However, when i was using it while exercising in a gym, it died out of nowhere without saying "power off" after 5 hours of usage since it was fully charged. I thought the battery died as usual, so after the gym, I went back home and tried charging this earbud. Usually there was a breathing red LED indicating charging, but now, it didn't. I tried clicking all the buttons individually and simultaneously, but nothing worked. Please help me fix this problem
I’m looking to buy a boom arm soon and don’t want to spend over $100 AUD on a boom arm. What’s a boom arm that’s around $60-80 AUDthat’s reliable and built good.
So I just got the Cloud Alpha half an hour ago, unboxed them, checked that the jack is inserted all the way in but it just doesnt work. I tried inserting the jack into my old broken headset which has an extra for sharing audio and i can hear fine, it works, but when it comes to connecting it to the pc it doesnt work at all. Can someone help please?
EDIT: I got it working, apparently my realtek audio driver only works with certain jack ports in the back (i'm not sure why i have so many even) and it wouldn't even work with the ones in the front. I'm not sure how to change which ports to allow but either way, got it working. I'm happy
Hello, i've got a problem with my headsets. When I'm inserting the jack into 7.1 USB controller i get sound only in my right ear, but when I'm inserting half of my jack into 7.1 usb controller the sound is working on both ears but with a bad sound quality. I need to repair my headsets (hardware part) or I can solve the problem by only changing settings in windows/software ?
Does anyone know if I can get this specific headset (Cloud III in pink and white) in the UK? If so, where can I get it?

My current old and wired cloud 2 need to be changed out and I wan't to go for a wireless version this time. I am very confused about which one to get or which one is better.
I stream and only plan on using the mic, when I am away from the PC, because I have an AT2020 and GoXLR. But I need to hear and talk to my friends on discord and the stream, while maybe peeing or cooking.
Please help me pick one!

I got a gift yesterday. Cloud III Wireless.
Everything seemd fine, until i plugged the USB Dongle in.
Dongle is blinking red in like 2-3 second interval.
After turning the headset on i can't turn it off (i can hold power button as long as i want, but it don't do a thing) only way to shut them off is connect usb cable to Laptop.
The headset itself makes annoying beep sound every 30 seconds. I checked EVERY thread on the internet, includling one from HyperX itself (with Ngenuity update) - nothing works.
Hi folks. I recently got a new PC and moved from Windows 10 to Windows 11 in the process. When using my (several years) old HyperX Cloud II on my old Windows 10 PC, the microphone was always a bit quiet but more or less at a normal volume. However with my new PC running Windows 11, the microphone is extremely quiet, to the point where even with all the settings at max volume I still have to raise my voice for it to pick up any audio.
I've tried a couple of things from past posts on the subreddit. My microphone quality/hz rate is the top option (DVD quality), the device input volume is turned up to 100, and I've tried checking for new drivers. None of those things have worked. The behavior is consistent across apps - Teamspeak 3, Discord, Windows Sound, etc.
Is there anything else I can try? Or is this a compatability issue with the Cloud II and Windows 11? If it's the latter, do folks have any recommendations on what headset to replace it with? I really like the sound quality and 7.1 Surround Sound on the Cloud II.

I recently bought a new hyperx pulsefire haste 2 mouse about a month ago. after downloading the software i had to go through an update after which it seemed to work fine, until i reopened the software. everytime i opened the software, it tells me to go through the same "mouse firmware" update again and again by plugging my mouse in then disconnecting it again by cable. NOW however, the software wont even detect my pulsefire haste 2 by cable or wireless.
PS: is there any way to check battery and is there any customizability by polling rate etc?

As the title says, after a while whenever im using both audios and I don't know how to fix it

After using it for almost 5 years, I decided it was finally time for me to upgrade. I really loved the 7.1 sound and the mic quality isn't too big of an issue for me. Which of the Cloud models would be the best option?
It's sale on Amazon! I missed the black/red one during Black Friday but this is better.
Every time I load up my PC, it is always telling me to update the firmware or whatever. I try and it sends me to that picture below despite it being connected. I have tried uninstalling Ngenuity and restarting my PC. Nowadays, I just click on later when it asks for an update cause it is impossible to update this stuff.
