does anyone have any experience about this product? cannot seem to find any reviews about it. how was it? how lang doea the battery actually last? how was the fit and comfort? how was the sound quality?

Haven't seen that much reviews of it so if anyone owns it I'd like to hear your thoughts as well.

Found a few old posts regarding this issue but none of them listed a fix. I recently built myself a new PC, and my Quadcast S has began unmuting itself when it detects that the microphone is wanting to be used (I assume). For example, when I open Discord or join a call / voice channel, when I go to the audio / microphone settings in a game, etc it will unmute. I was not having this issue on my old computer. Other than this, the microphone is working fine. I'm on Windows 11 24H2.

I can't see someone cleaning the rubber parts of quadcast s so I tried getting rid of it (it was just a thin rubber film, does not damage the mic). I used alcohol and clean cloth to get rid of the rubber film. It looks amazing now and there is now rubbery/sticky feeling on the top and bottom parts.

My keyboards RGB works fine until I sign into my profile on my PC then it gets locked solid blue. When I factory reset or unplug the keyboard the RGB functions correctly for a second then goes back to blue. I’ve tried installing the Ngenuity software and it didn’t help. I’ve also tried restarting my PC. If anyone has any help or suggestions please let me know.

For reference I have a Best Buy cyber power pc with AMD parts that I just bought 2 days ago.

This used to happen like 10% of the time and it would fix itself in a couple minutes, but now its happening like 90% of the time and i can only hear from the left side for a couple minutes at most
the sound also doesnt mute itself instantly, it fades away in a couple of seconds and stops working, are there any fixes for this?
(i havent disconnected the microphone for extended periods of time btw)

Hey everyone! I recently got the HyperX Cloud II Wireless headphones, and I'm running into an issue with volume control. The only way I can adjust the sound level is by using the volume wheel on the headphones themselves. When I try to change the volume directly on my computer, nothing happens—it doesn’t affect the sound at all.

I’ve noticed that my computer recognizes the headphones as "speakers" instead of "headphones," which might be part of the issue. I’ve checked my system sound settings, and everything seems set up correctly, with the headphones selected as the default audio device.

Has anyone else experienced this, or know a way to sync the volume controls between the headphones and the computer? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

Basically what the title says, I upgraded to the Alpha wireless after owning the Alpha wired version for some time. And I noticed that the sound is "muddier overall" but the problem I have is in FPS game. Its really hard to determine where footsteps are coming from, I have to raise the overall volume to do so. I tested with both the default drivers that comes from factory and the new ones from Ngenuity app, I can't see much improvement(actually the factory drivers are a bit better)

I tested back with the Alpha wired headset and footsteps are much more clear. I feel like this is an EQ problem, the wired version has much better mids, while the wireless version is very muddy. I am pretty disappointed and I consider returning them and sticking to the Alpha wired until they break completely. Any other solution maybe so I don't rely on returning them?

I'll be using it primarily for gaming (CS:GO), communication (Discord), and other online activities. Sound quality is important, but I'm not looking for anything super high-end. I have a problem with the RGB on the keyboard, everything was working until I went to change it from preset 1 to 3 and I didn't get any reaction from the keyboard, I ended up reconnecting it to the PC and as a result there is no more light, so far the writing works.. Is this a firmware bug or could it be that the keyboard plate died in terms of LED?

Im thinking of buying that headset for how ever much it is but i need a little more information. If i lose or damage the usb dongle am i able to get it replaced? thats the biggest problem in my opinion, since it doesn't have bluetooth.

I put my mic in cardioid, it’s on the 3rd dot from smallest to largest. This mic can literally pick up people talking from 2 blocks down. If you wanted superhuman hearing with this mic then you got it but me personally I don’t want that. Anyway I can improve the mic and eliminate background noise?

I am experiencing an issue with my HyperX Pulsefire Haste 2 Wireless mouse. My PC recognizes the mouse correctly, but the NGenuity app does not detect it. I have tried the following solutions without success:

• Reinstall NGenuity from the Microsoft Store.
• Run NGenuity as administrator.
• Update all drivers and the Visual C++ Redistributable.
• Run sfc /scannow and DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth.
• Try the mouse on another PC, where surprisingly it worked fine.

Despite these efforts, I have not been able to find the solution and it has me frustrated since I need the application to correctly detect the mouse to configure the DPI and RGB, the strange thing is that when I bought it about 4 months ago the first few days it worked correctly, but after a while the application stopped detecting the mouse.

I have Cloud Alphas and cannot tell if people are above or below me in Warzone. I wonder if any headset they have works with ps5 height audio?

As the title says the cable broke the problem is that I do not get the cable, it is worth clarifying that I live in South America and is not available.

So my question is the following: where can I get the Replacement cable?

I don't care about RGB lighting so I was thinking of getting the regular HyperX QuadCast 2, but I noticed the specs for the HyperX QuadCast 2 S were higher.

1. Audio frequency rate is higher 192kHz vs 96kHz

2. Audio interface bit rate is higher 32-bit vs 24-bit

No idea how impactful these metrics are and how much it translates to sounding better but it is making me consider the HyperX QuadCast 2 S.

Open to any other mic suggestions in this price range as well.

I tried everything i found on the internet, nothing worked, yes even the plug out-plug in didn't work either so I don't really know what's up with this thing. Anyone got a solution?

I use these headphones with the usb sound card. The only thing i can do when this happens is to unplug and plug. Why does this happen? The headphones are barely one month old.

I just "upgraded" to the cloud 3 wireless today and I have to say the audio is so much WORSE compared to the cloud 2. Anyone else notice this or did I get a bad set?

Audio sounds flat, hallow, and low bass. Voices sound even worse. It sounds like a cheap $50 headset. The build quality is amazing but the sound is awful. Should i just buy the cloud 2's again?

So, I have this keyboard for over 2 years, and some keys randomly stopped working correctly. I have to literally SMASH the key to work (1, sometimes 2, D and E). And unfortunatelly my warranty is gone, It ended idk, on 2023 probably.

What can I do? Does my keyboard have any salvation or he is doomed to eternal suffering and viciousness?

Hello, good morning from Argentina. Could someone tell me if the parts of Cloud 2 Wireless and Cloud 2 (Non Wireless) headsets are compatible with each other?

The thing is that in the right speaker of my Cloud 2 Wireless I started hearing membrane noise and opening it I saw that the speaker is sealed, therefore I am trying to get a replacement since my 2-year warranty expired. So I found a functional Cloud 2 (Non Wireless) at a good price and I wanted to know if its parts are compatible to remove the right speaker from it and place it in my Cloud 2 Wireless.

I spoke to Hyperx Latam customer service but they did not want to give me this information about compatibility.
