My headset that I've had for a year or two stopped turning on yesterday but when I put it on charge the led light is solid white like it's fully charged but when I take it off and try to turn it on it doesn't work even while plugged in as well and the led's on any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi, so I've been thinking about upgrading my headset, and I've been looking into HyperX headsets. I've read good reviews on them so far, but I'm not sure which one to pick or whether I should go wired or wireless.

I've narrowed it down to the Cloud II (wired/wireless) and the Cloud Alpha (wired/wireless). I'm looking for something comfortable with good sound quality. I don’t want to download any software to make them sound good—I want one that sounds great out of the box.

I don’t care about the mic since I have my own!

Just bought my new headphones today and I was trying to enable surround sound but it doesn't appear when I go into the headphones configuration. Can anyone help me with this?

Will there be an update in NGENUITY where the hyperX CloudX Flight will be detected?

I just bought one and i really like them but is very unfortunate that they arent in the software cuz i really wanted to see the battery life

I ordered wireless cloud 2s a few days ago as my old wired cloud 2s broke, arrived, exact same as my old ones except wireless.... cool.

I saw that the Cloud 3s 120hr battery were the exact same price on sale so I decided to get them and was planning on returning the Cloud2s, however as soon as I've charged it/set it up/downloaded firmware etc... I've put them on to play Path of Exile and immediately the audio is absolutely terrible, I don't know how to describe it other than it sounds like I'm in a big empty room, everything sounds awful in comparison.

I've went back to the cloud 2s and it sounds way better, is there anyway to get the audio the exact same as my cloud2s or is the cloud 3 headset just this bad?

I play on a PS5 and my son plays on a Series X.

We play in the same room and my Cloud Core has hands down the best noise canceling mic I’ve ever used. For the on sale price it doesn’t get much better the Cloud Core.

His Turtle Beach 700 on the other hand, sucks at noise canceling. I echo through his mic like crazy!

Is there a Hyper X WIRELESS headset for the Xbox that would give the same results?

This is the second time it's happened, I just returned my first mouse for the same reason. I plugged it in, it works. I downloaded ngenuity, try to install the firmware and it fails, mouse starts flashing red and stops working entirely. Uninstalling ngenuity and hard resetting doesn't work either. Any ideas? My hard reset doesn't seem to work at all.

I’m having choice paralysis with the number of headsets on the market, as I’m new to the Xbox world. I’m looking for bass/a full sound, and a good mic. Can be wired! My budget is ~$60-100. I bought this keyboard around 2 weeks ago and have been using it for gaming for since then. I've had no problems with it so far and have even used it around 6 hours ago. I just turned on my exbox about an hour ago to play some more games and the input for the keyboard won't go through. I know the connection is fine because the keyboard lights up, and my mouse works perfectly fine, but there's just no input. I've tried factory resetting it using the fn + esc key hold multiple times and still no luck. If there's any way to fix this thing that would be sweet.

For some reason, for a long time now, I've been running into an issue where my hyperx cloud 2 with the 7.1 box has just been cutting all audio for games, and at times sounding quieter than normal, making me have to reinstall the same audio file to bring my audio loudness back. It's also been randomly pausing my youtube videos as well. Any idea why this could be occuring? when it does pause videos, it leave them buffering for a bit and plays them again, but they aren't as smooth. And when they do freeze, when I unplug the headset, the video suddenly speeds up to where it would be.

I have the wired Cloud II's since like 3 months and everything was fine, till now. Out of nowhere the left side had a higher volume then the right side. I checked my PC settings, but everything was fine. So I decided to deactivate and activate the Headset in the device manager. It fixed the volume balance, but they don't sound the same anymore. The bass is off and the sound in general. I even updated the firmware again and tried to apply equalizer settings with APO Configuration program, but nothing sounds like before. 7.1 Surround Sound on the remote is not the issue as well. Does somebody know what happened?

Hey I received a pair of hyperx Cloud Alpha's for christmas and since then I've been trying to get them to work with my pc. I've tried to reinstall Ngeniuty and have tried to manually pair the headset but I get no audio, but my pc picks up that it's plugged in. Both the headset and usb are blinking.
any help would be great

Hello! So I just did a clean windows install a day ago and installed the Hyperx Ngenuity software, I did the update they required from "Settings", did all the steps correct but the message is still there that I need to update them. Is this an error or I did something incorrect?

I have the Hyper x Cloud 3 wireless headset, Ngenuity installed, and do not use the DTS functionality.

When playing Dark souls 1 remastered, and Dark souls 2 scholar of the first sin on steam I get this issue where I cannot hear the voices of the NPC's unless I orientate my characters sideways to them. So it's like there is this surround sound on but I can barely hear them, and other noises like my weapon swinging when I am facing them.

In Ngenuity if I turn DTS on, it solves the issue, however I dont like the way this sounds when playing the game. Has anyone ran into this issue before and know of a fix?

P.S. Headset is on the latest firmware.

Hi everyone, I've got an issue with my headset since yesterday

I was playing on the PS5 and wanted to lower the volume from the headset with that volume wheel but it wasn't working even to it worked fine 5 Min ago so i thought it might be just a temporary issue and switched off the headset and turned it on after few seconds but when i turned it l on it wasn't pairing with the usb dongle( it still shows the red light whenever is connected to the USB). I've tried to change the usb dongle to a different port and to connect it on the pc as well but it still wasn't pairing. On the pc it was detected on the volume settings but when I opened the ngenuity app it was saying that the headset is not paried.

Is there anything I can do? I've tried the manual pairing as well but it wasn't successful.

need some help fixing my keyboard. Some keys randomly stop working, with some worse than others—like the 'V' key, which is the most inconsistent.
