Information, planning and discussion for Suwannee Hulaween music festival at the Spirit of Suwanee Music Park in Live Oak, FL.

Maybe a dumb question, but I thought it might be cool in the early part of the day on the big fields.
Y’all think hangout is close enough to cause a radius clause ? Hoping this is what is stopping us from getting the lineup so we can break bread at hula this year!
Thinking of going to our first Hula this year! 🤗How annoying would it be to not have your car with you on the campgrounds? I’m looking at tickets and the VIP car passes are sold out. They only have the VIP satellite parking passes left.
I’ve never been to hula so I don’t know how the themes work. I want to plan in advance (I know a couple months early, leave me alone 😂) how do they work? Is it an overall theme that’s released and the artists choose their costumes based off the theme? Or is it individually, like each artist picks their own and people choose what to wear based off what the artist chooses?
Solo (vip tix) coming in on Wednesday; any feedback on VIP/GA camping pros and cons:
I’m late 30s; enjoy building camp and getting to know neighbors; enjoy late night shenanigans back at camp (fire; music; hanging out etc)
From my research I feel like
VIP guarantees close spot; that comes with a more chill vibe. You are also given a 20x20 type spot when arriving.
GA allows freedom of choosing a spot which might be far away; that comes with a more feral community ;)
Is one better than other for solo? For meeting people? Late night hangouts Others pros/ cons would be appreciated!
Hi! I've never been to Hulaween but was wondering if there are any volunteer/ work opportunities in exchange for a ticket.💕🙃
Over the last ten years (excluding the Covid year)
Median and mean are the best indicators for future lineups. With that being said, my guess based on the last 10 years is the last week of May / first week of June.
I remember hearing something about 30-40 days after resonate we are expected to see a lineup. Anyone have word on this? @pepperoni had posted the lineup drop date from each previous year but I can’t quite find it.
I remember some years they wait as late as June or early July. Or maybe I’m remembering incorrectly.
Just got back from Sol Fest and holy shittttt the production was insane! This was seriously the best production I have ever witnessed at a festival and I have been doing festivals since 2011. While Sol Fest had its problems the production was next level! I have no idea who Hula has been using but I do know that the sound/lasers/and overall production has been lacking at Hulaween. Any chance they would get Vivid Sky Productions for this year?
(sorry for the book, I think it should be said!)
Can we stop using etix? Yes Theyre not affiliated with Ticketmaster ie Live Nation which realistically has a monopoly over the market..
Sorry for tryna push the separation of etix from Hulaween. Y'all have a point, Hulaween tix should keep going up & they're prolly too cheap anyways lol.. i truly don't understand what people are defending... Prices are insanely high
Also I compared a tier 1, 3 day to 4 day my bad 😂
My fiancé and I are looking to get married this year at Hula. We’re planning a quick ceremony with friends Friday afternoon and are in need of an officiant.
Is there anyone available or have a lead to help us start this adventure together? We would be happy to compensate for your time.
Their set in 2019 was incredible and their vibe fits the festival perfectly. Such a good combination of funk, soul, and hip hop. They are all crazy talented musicians!
Please come back to us 😢
Either one of these for a another vibey Sunday afternoon set.
Just caught her in Tampa. She is such a light. Took pics with us and dedicated the last song of her set to us (her remix of Deal by the dead) cause we had our dead gear on. Love her.
Is there a decent (ie relatively quiet) spot for family camping where there won’t be any renegade sets late night? Thinking of bringing our one year old but will need to actually sleep at night. Talk to me, tell me your experiences bringing little ones to Hula.
Hey guys! I’ll be working off Long Island for the summer and I’m wondering if there’s any good places to catch music? I’m familiar with the major venues and have scoped out their upcoming shows but I’m wondering where to find local and underground acts? I’m open to almost all genres just looking for good vibes and tunes! Thanks hula fam!
I was gifted the opportunity to go to resonate a couple times one was hulaween last year, and I had the time of my time. Its true you'll gain from resonate and you have to give back to her. I found my love for flow there and I simply cannot wait to go again. The memories. crying and itching to be back in the woods.
Confirmed in the iii points discord, they are dropping phase 1 tomorrow.
Typically one headliner will overlap with Hula. I’m calling Disclosure.
2023 - John Summit
2022 - Fisher
2021 - Khruangbin
Went to Resonate a couple weeks ago and had such a great time I have to come back and see what hulaweens about. Got my ticket and excited to join y'all!
It’s my first time going to the festival I was just wondering if the GA+ or the car pass are worth it
Dude, when we getting our lineup? 😭 I know, "we'll get it when we get it", but it's making me anxious and excited at the same time. Do y'all think they would bring RKS since they're back?
Interested in renting a golf cart for a festival at Suwannee. Not looking to get it through the park. Has anyone had success in doing so? Looking for a company that delivers and picks up
Goose repeat? Maybe a two set night this year? Their cap run has me really wanting some goose this year. What do you all think?
