Finally got my recipe perfected!
Tapatío or Cholula? Or what is your favorite restaurant-style supermarket shelf mild Mexican hot sauce?
We’re doing a hot sauce challenge and I have the tobasco habanero 7,000 shu and a few others I’m not not sure of, I’m trying to figure out one that’s not as bad as da bomb but at least still a little painfull. I’ve been reading about the scoville and it doesn’t seem to be accurate from what people say, like da bomb is 135k but waaaay worse than 1m shu ones.
Now I have been thinking about a I’ve been thinking about since the beginning of the summer of 2023. No, recipes will be reveal but instead of using regular hot peppers. I would be using jalapeños peppers. Making hot sauce for people that have a unusual taste.
Hi everyone,
I'm a student in UX/UI training to develop my professional project.
I developed an investigation on my lifelong passion: chili and hot sauces🌶️🔥
Can you answer it please? Your help would be very precious to me.
It only takes 5 minutes and you can win a gift :)

Eye of RA Hot Sauce is up for trade.
It is a hot sauce made locally in San Diego, California. A Habanero sauce with Charred Peppers, Garlic, Shallot, and Szechuan Peppercorn.
It has a high heat with a great pepper-forward tangy flavor followed by subtle sweetness and and mellow char.
I'm looking for similar styles with super hot peppers or something with exotic peppers.
Burn on!
Believe it or not we flew under the radar. No indications of any security compromise from what the other higher-up ppl have told me.
So...yeah.

I am looking for old full bottles of tabsco sauce where the sauce started to turn brown and oxidize, does any one have any or know where I can get some?
