Got a 5th gen prelude and I already have a cat back exhaust wanted to get headers but don’t know any that are good quality brand or anything does anyone have a good opinions about what to get?
Not bad picked these up 50 miles from me, can’t wait to test them out.
So I got the tank out and I wasn't aware that you have to order the fuel filler neck from ebay. I have the really thick dayco wrapped fuel filler hose but it doesn't have an elbow, can I still use it? I have like 3 feet of it. The old one is trashed
By no means am I expecting a concrete answer but could certainly use the advice. I really like these cars. My friend has one picture included that is a 1990 picture included. I'm curious what these are actually worth? I'm looking for one that's preferably a manual but auto is fine I would just swap it ig. Mechanically I would say I have a fair amount of experience plus I have access to almost any tool, I probably would need. Also I'm 17 so the budget is not limitless. The main reason I ask is there is literally one for sale near me that has 300k miles and they want 3k for example. Also, I have another vehicle that is steady this is just a side thing. Essentially just wanna know what I'm in for besides the obvious lack of parts and other issues.
Rpm’s will drop to 1k and bounce back up? Got me thinking vacuum or possibly an O2 sensor?
Biiiiiiggg dent
Every time I let go of the gas to slow down it starts to make a weird noise anyone could help a brotha out
Let’s seem them cluster set ups
Hey, so a few weeks back, my 'lude began bugging out when im trying to start the engine, sometimes starting perfectly, sometimes close to perfect but a little slower, and now its mostly taking like 5 teeth to turn it on, sometimes with harsh rubbing sound, sometimes without, and also when its warmed up it tends to start perfectly here and there.
The starter isnt damaged, im suspecting on a faulty distributor, could it be the rotor thats making the scraping noise?
Doing a timing belt job soon and I received the auto tensioner from a Honda parts supplier with the stopper not compressing the tensioner. If I remember correctly the last time I did it. The stopper was putting compression on the tensioner and just install.
Thank you.
It’s all spray painted
Just got myself a 1997 prelude sh. the first thing i noticed was the lights at night were very dim. i looked at advanced auto parts but couldnt find a replacement. where could i find these?
Hey guys, I am in the US and I’ve been wanting to do the fenders with side markers but the US didn’t get that option so my options are limited.
I know people have diy’d it and that is an option but I’m wondering if the hassle is worth it more than just buying a pair?
I ask this because I found a pair near me that come with the lights for $300 that are in pretty decent condition. The only other pair I’ve found in the states for sale is across the country and is up for $350.
What are your thoughts? Thanks
Pretty much said the 5th gen is a FWD NSX
