Hello! I guess this sub is pretty much dead but like, I had it downloaded in 1080p since years ago but I guess it was deleted at some point. I foud the ReinForce sub that I originally downloaded and tried to torrent it, but it just won't download it, its been more than a day and It's still at 3%. Does anyone still have it saved or know somewhere where I can download it or stream on high definition?
When will the second season come? I love this anime so much ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
Does anyone have any idea on where to downlaod the OST to Hai Furi?
Do you have a favorite scene out of the series? If so, I would love to hear about it!
As the title suggest, does anyone have any ideas as to why Hai Furi wasn't as big as GuP and/or other anime (can't really think of any off the top of my head)? To me it seems Hai Furi has all the main elemnts to the success of GuP, so why is it not that well known?
I'm curious on what people think, while I don't have a character I hate I'm curious on the thoughts of others.
I'm not looking to start arguments or any of the sort lol I'm just curious on who everyone appreciates/adores the most out of the characters in Haifuri.
Just remembered about a post on r/GIRLSundPANZER talking about Hai Furi and I wonder, where can I find to watch it?
Thanks to a fellow redditor (Citrus3333) I was able to finish the entirety of Haifuri.
It really was great, both visually and emotionally. Shiro and Mike bounced off each other very well in this movie and it was really captivating to watch. Something I did not expect was the Call of Duty style segment where the girls infiltrated a ship. I damn near thought they killed someone but it was just tasers with the added gun effects so it really caught me off guard.
The competition was a fun ride - I was wondering who was going to win but I like the fact that it was interrupted by the sudden call to action. I did not expect the story to flip like that though but I don't mind.
The final scene was touching. While I do believe Shiro would've made an excellent Captain if she chose to leave now instead of later I do think Shiro just didn't want to say goodbye to her friends, at least not yet :p
I'd ask for Season 2 but, I'm satisfied with the ending we got lol.
But yeah, I definitely love Haifuri. I never thought I would say that I love Ships but here I am, in love with ships the same way I fell in love with tanks.
Oh and one last thing: The music is stellar!
I finished Haifuri today and I have to say that I loved all 12 episodes and the two OVAs that went along with it. It's a beautiful story. I really would've enjoyed seeing more episodes though (like the girl's being in a state of Mutiny for a couple more battles perhaps?)
Another thing I saw was the potential set up of a Mutiny as two characters, Mashiro and Hiromi were rather unapproving of Captain Mike but their change in opinion of her wasn't that big of a deal to me especially when considering what she did for them to have that change in opinion.
Is Haifuri stupid? Yes, but that's definitely a good thing. It's certainly on the level of crazy of Girls Und Panzer but with much higher stakes than GUP.
I don't think it'd be right to call Haifuri a "Girls Und Panzer but with ships" as both stories feel unique enough to not have much comparison at least in terms of story and worldbuilding.
I loved Haifuri, and I think I always will. Definitely is going to be on my top 10 anime list that's for sure. I'm ready to set sail, and Panzer vor! (Oh and fight me, Shima is best girl qwq)
As the title suggest I just watched GuP after a friend suggested it to me and immediately loved it. I then found out about Hai Furi by chance when I was looking for images of the Musashi on google and I already love Hai Furi despite only having watched the first 3 episodes. I was really confused as to why Hai Furi has a very small following, especially when compared to GuP, it really deserves it. Kinda sad how the community has left the series

As most people in this community probably know, they still haven't migrated High School Fleet to Crunchyroll. You might want to schedule time for a rewatch, since this could be the end of legal streaming for HSF in the US.
I have a question. Would the scene from episode 12 at minute 11:48 to 11:49 be CameraAbuse trope? I say this because of the bubbles that come out when the camera goes down into the water or can it be understood that these bubbles are produced by the moving waves of the sea?

Example of what it could actually be:

That's all
