I want to cancel my max subscription. It sayes to manage my subscription, go to samsungcheckout and click pay history. When I do that it says I don't have any payment history. How can I just delete my account, please?

I just finished watching it and I'm honestly speechless. It's kinda like Black Mirror but way crazier. They've managed to tell so much in just 6 hours. So many emotions and overall amazing performances. Easily one of the best miniseries I've watched.

Okay I have been looking for the past hour, I cannot seem to find this one show that was on hbo max that was like a total mind-f***. Like the context and theme would change instantly. One of the stories I remember was a boy in his class showing a shell and the shell talking some crazy shit and a suicide hotline worker who ends up helping people kill themselves. There’s a lot more to the show obviously, those are just 2 parts I deeply remember, the show is no longer on max it seems as I feel I’d remember the cover art but maybe not. If anyone knows what I’m talking about please respond I’ve been wanting to watch it with someone for years and one of my friends is finally interested.

Does HBO Max not have an app for Windows Surface machines? I know you can use the browser, but I want to download some shows so I can watch on the plane.

When I search for it the search gives me other Scooby Doo shows and movies or says that they don’t have it anymore. Everything I have checked has said it’s still on there and I was watching it yesterday.

I want to change subscription to the one without ads (it’s crazy, 3 ads every few minutes…) but when I click „manage subscription” it moves me to Samsung checkout and ask me to click on a credit card Im using - nothing happens then. Anyone had similar problem?

In the Max app, on the splash page for No Sleep October, there are several movies featured. From the bottom left going clockwise, there’s The Exorcist, BLANK, Maxxxine, Trap, and Cado Lake. What is the one I’m missing (i.e., BLANK)? Thank you!!! 🙌

I'm not sure what I should do (i'm guessing nothing). I signed up for AT&T a long time ago during the promo of a DirecTV stream discount and free HBO Max. For some reason I signed up for the DirecTV account using my Yahoo email and my ATT account is through my Gmail....long story short I have always signed in (through) my provider using my yahoo email/password (which is correct). Seemed lately they wanted to link this with my ATT email. I tried to do this but in the end I now have 2 accounts of "free" Max (one for my gmail and one for my yahoo).

It even says in my Max app that i have 2 accounts.

I'm kind of worried to do anything in fear of losing both my free accounts as i'm sure Max is trying to kick people off their free accounts any way possible.

Since Max doesn't want to list them on their press releases, these movies and shows are leaving during November 2024 in the U.S. region. To cut a long story short, my aunt stayed here for like a month, and during that time she had her own Max Subscription. It ended and I was helping my mother setup our free Max that comes with Spectrum, but because of my aunt's account being signed in and not being payed for it defaulted our Spectrum Max to her account, would we be able to create our own Max account and move our Spectrum Max Subscription off her account? I feel like this little error comes up a lot, as her account was not logged out. Could not get a clear answer on the website. If we need to call that is fine, does anybody have any info on what to do?

Does anyone know if the CNN live within HBO Max will carry live election coverage on election day? I want to watch the live coverage like usual but I'm not as familiar with the CNN Max product.

Hi, does someone has a way to watch HBO MAX without the app on an iphone ? I have a subscription where i live but my app store is on another region where the app is not available. But apparently, i cannot just watch HBO directly on safari as i would do on a computer.

When I bought nfl Sunday ticket on YouTube it gave me 4 months of MAX free. Is there a way I can sign into the MAX app? I don’t have YouTube TV. The one big question basically is… how do I search for things on my Max subscription through YouTube??? Not YouTube tv, just YouTube. I search on YouTube for things but it brings up thousands of related things and not the show/movie I’m looking for even when it’s on max. VERY frustrating! Please help!

Hey guys, I've noticed alot of posts asking " Where's this extended cut for this movie " This is a real simple post, ALL of your movies that you want to watch the " Extended Cut " For, Are in FACT on HBO MAX. Find the original movie on HBO MAX Click on the movie, scroll down till you find " Extra's " This will take you to The " Extended Cuts " For whatever movie that has it. You can't physically search up an " Extended Cut " for a specific movie.

You have to go down to " Extra's " and it'll automatically take you to whatever " Extended Cut " the movie has for it.

Hey, I have a 1440p monitor. Would max support 1440p resolution if I get the 4k tier?

He’s Just Not That Into You is listed as being available to stream on Max on the internet, but when I searched for it in my Max app it said “coming soon”. Can find out when it will actually be added anywhere? I’d like to set a calendar alert so I can watch it.
