Well done voters. We maybe the weakest faction, but we are also the most annoying. We may not win but nothing will beat the joy of watching your tatterwings and morvudds go poof.
Long live Milfgaard.
I finished at position 236 last season, but didn’t got the title. Did I do something wrong ? I thought you only had to get under the 500 best players :(
It sucks this time, but I’m aiming to get the position 500 for Dezember. Would like to know if I have to do something differently. I did get placed in pro rank immediately, so I’m a bit perplexed on why I did not get the title from the rewards. Thanks !
With the double buff to MO Tatterwring, Shilard is getting insane value. I don't remember his ability saying "when played against MO tatterwing, make the opponent lose connection".
For 4 prov this card well exceeds its value. Every engine deck is going to have plenty of engines on the board to make it deal well over 4 damage. Even with heavy control I am never able to remove enough engines to stop this card’s value. If you’re running any kind of pointslam, forget it, you might as well auto FF against these decks. It should be 5 Prov in my opinion but I’m willing to hear out any arguments against this.
Let’s have an actual discussion instead of just downvoting things we don’t like, like children.
As far as I know, they are not planning on making any new updates, so how come there are new bugs.
Good days folks, when will the thronebreaker contents come to the shop again? I saved 2000 powder and I want to buy something nice🤤
Fairly new to the game, startet with monsters (roughly 50 matches in) and am now trying to figure which cards to get/for which decks to collect. I very much care about thematic/aestetic aspects though. Any recommendations? Mostly play Vamps, though I am flirting with the secret Manor/Sir Scratch A Lot Card. Any recoomendations?
Hey everyone.
Has anyone else purchased the whispess and weavess bundles for the Autumn cycle event and not had their cardback rewards available? Any help or tips would be appreciated!
Am I allowed to say it now? Or are we still supposed to wait an extra couple years?
I come back here every now and then to see if SK and SC were dealt with so I can finally give the game another go, yet all I find is NG getting pooped on EVERY SINGLE TIME. Are you fing serious? NG? It's more than clear what's happening now : SC and SK tryhards have dominated the council with their bs votes, and they will bury any other faction that presents some sort of challenge to them.
Don't even get me started on the same cards being nerfed and buffed every month, or wasting votes on Living Armor because SOMEHOW you're incapable of finding any cards to nerf.
Anyways... Congratulations! You won, the game is yours. The devs left, most streamers and youtubers are gone. You are the sheriff now and nobody can stop your madness.

Before Kalkstein departed this world, he left us with some rather unflattering words about our gracious king...

After recently coming back to the game after leaving shortly after open beta I’ve always been wanting to add people just to say “hey man the deck you used against me was so cool” but no one ever wants to be friends :(
That said, I fought against a really cool deck using she who knows, old speartip, and witches sabbath) just saying the cards I remember off the top of my head) and was wondering if anyone has a deck list to this?
I also fought a similar type deck with king chrum and wanted to see if there’s a list for that one as well!
Normally complaint/rant posts without deeper explanations are discouraged for not adding anything to a discussion but this is the place for you to vent and let all that pent up frustration out. This is your chance to throw a hissy fit about current meta or rage about how overpowered X card and Y faction is!
GWENTLEMEN'S RULES:
I play this game since 2017 in closed beta, and finally today I finished my card collection, everything, premium and non premium. This was one of my goals for a long time, I just want to share it.
Now I am doing the mastery contracts.
I am wondering if I'm out of the loop on something here. I pushed to ~2600 on my best faction this season and no exaggeration, EVERY Monsters deck I ran into at high MMRs used Lord Riptide. What is the reasoning behind this buff?
Hello everyone , i have created a tier list template for the current Balance Council patch for anyone who might be interested in rating each change .

I homebrewed a deck based on Triss : meteor shower and Yenefer : Illusionist because I realy like both cards.
It perform correctly in rank 3-1 but in pro it's a bit low and I usually go under 2400 elo with it.
https://www.playgwent.com/fr/decks/guides/394399 here's the deck !
Feel free to comment, if you have advises or critiques, I like it a lot it's very fun to play !
Hi,
I mainly play NR, and thought of creating an NR-only-BC list!
Here I buff unused cards that could potentially enable new viable decks.
Nerf to Alumni to reduce RNG point swing with Runeword, nerf to reavers because this is not a 6 provision bronze card, nerf to Dominir of Troy to reduce binary gameplay, and lastly a nerf to Inspired Zeal rather than Demavend, Raffard's Vengeance, or Temple since any of these three cards only see play in Zeal decks at high MMR (with the exception of Erland Prince Maneuver deck).
I feel that with these changes, NR would be at a better & healthier spot. What do you think? I'll change my votes accordingly.
Spell (Neutral)
🔥 Special, 6 Provisions (Common)
Damage all enemy units by 1.
The sorcerer Stammelford moved a mountain that obscured the view from his tower. Rumor has it he could only do so for he'd fettered a d'ao, an earth elemental.

Members of the Council, welcome to our weekly assembly.
These posts are scheduled to happen every week. Each week, a different faction is proposed and every time we will try to orient the discussion about either "nerf" or "buff".
Faction of the Week: Nilfgaard
While you can still use these topics to talk about other balance suggestions, please try to focus on the theme of the week. Those topics are intended to give a chance to all factions to be talked about.
Discussions can be about modifying a whole archetype or addressing individual cards.
Potential sources if needed: GwentData, Gwent.one, PlayGwent.com, Balance Council Generator
Not sure if all may remember, but I still remember how years ago when I first started playing, Dracoturtle was the first legendary I acquired. Threw him into a Druids deck and eventually got to Pro with them.
Anyone else remember their first card’s story?
Watching a Simlas playing the equivalent of 6 cards in one turn makes me roll my eyes and sigh audibly so my roommates think I’m getting some seriously good head.
I started playing Gwent in the beta and then played until about a year before they stopped updating it. Id really like to come back and play again, but all of my existing decks are antiquated, and the sites I used to use to look at current meta decks have all stopped updating or no longer exist, so -- where can I go to see current meta decks? Thanks guys
