I don’t know man there’s a lot of decent songs on that record. Blood sex and crab, Church on Hash pipe, definitely has some bangers.

Blue was the only guitar BJA consistently played on stage around this time but I’ve always assumed he used other guitars on Dookie.

It’s been implied indirectly in interviews, I’ve seen it said that Blue was “one of” the main guitars on the album, but not the only one.

I’ve seen arumor he used a PRS on the album but I’ve never seen this confirmed.

All their songs/EP’s/albums after Kerplunk are just absolute garbage. They definitely sold out when they signed to a record company. The garage sounds with authentic voices and such are way better than the cleancut studio songs.

What a beautiful song. I have a question about people's interpretation of the end of the song. "Forgetting you but not the time." Sometimes I feel like I understand it and other times I'm left confused to its meaning. My take on it is although his memories of her are fading he still has an emotional memory of the time together. There's that quote that people will forget what you said, they'll forget what you did, but they'll never forget how you made them feel. Makes me think of that.
