I have autism and I've been looking at transferring to Goucher. Just wanted to get some insight into what the school is like for Neurodivergent students.

Hello, I have some questions about student life and academics at Goucher, and was wondering if I could DM any students?

Is it mostly due to academic struggles, or something else?

Hey! I got admitted to Goucher and I'm trying to get some student perspectives because there aren't really many informative vlogs other than those of the official college accounts. What is life like for int'l students? How are the facilities as of today? Are there job opportunities after grad? If you have anything you could tell future students to keep in mind before or while making our move here pls comment them down!!

It looks pretty dead here but eh... worth a try. I am a prospective student applying to Goucher I have a few questions if some current students would kindly help me out!

1. How is it at Goucher right now( because he post i saw from some previous years are wilding)
2. Is it worth it for ug?
3. WHat is the scene for international students?
4. pros and cons?

the word goucher should be banned. I think it’s pretty self explanatory to why it should be

There was nothing here. No choice to make, no path to follow, just an empty broom closet. No reason to still be here.

It was baffling that Stanley was still just sitting around in the broom closet. He wasn't even doing anything, at least if there were something to interact with he'd be justified in some way.

As it is, he's literally just standing there, doing sweet FA.

Are you...are you really still in the broom closet? Standing around doing nothing? Why?

Please offer me some explanation here; I'm genuinely confused.

You do realize that there's no choice or anything in here, right? If I had said, 'Stanley walked past the broom closet,' at least you would have a reason for exploring it to find out.

But it didn't even occur to me because literally this closet is of absolutely no significance to the story whatsoever. I would have never thought to mention it.

Maybe to you, this is somehow its own branching path. Maybe, when you go talk about this with your friends, you'll say:

"OH, DID U GET THE BROOM CLOSET ENDING? THEB ROOM CLOSET ENDING WAS MY FAVRITE!1 XD"...I hope your friends find this concerning.

Stanley was fat and ugly and really, really stupid. He probably only got his job because of a family connection; that's how stupid he is. That, or with drug money.

Also, Stanley is addicted to drugs and hookers.

You got to this broom closet, explored it a bit, and were just about to leave because there's nothing here, when a physical malady of some sort shut down your central nervous system and you collapsed on the keyboard.

Well, in a situation like this, the responsible thing is to alert someone nearby so as to ensure that your body is taken care of before it begins to decompose.

Looking for professors at Goucher that HATE what they do, and absolutely aren't invested in their students or their student's futures! I am hoping to find a professor in any department, literally any, that is AWFUL, doing terrible work, hates teaching etc.

Any recommendations? Any teachers that have been super horrendous and changed your perspective on your studies/future for the worse?
