Barren island with abandoned buildings
Was scrolling through the Nunavut region of Canada and found this tiny island called Perry Island, 67.804320, -102.554694. It looks like it's covered in tiny buildings, some of which seem destroyed and/or abandoned. This is an extremely barren area and I was very surprised to find anything resembling man made structures, especially since none of the other surrounding islands have anything like this. The nearest settlement is Cambridge Bay which is over 100 miles away.
I'm so curious as to what these are, and what happened here - and if anyone lived out there, where they went.

Can Google maps have wrong location multiple times even though everthing else is correct
So recently I've had some issues with gf she has said she was at certain places but I didn't believe her so I checked her location history and it said that she was at this address not once not twice but several times what do I do to knock in these people door and ask why my gf was. There or what do I do about this I'm at loss
