I've seen this a lot online, most notably on tik tok, and I just don't really understand it. Like, I get where it comes from, crowley saying that one line in season 2, that he's not good nor a lad, I get that, his demonic expression of gender is not confined to being a man or a woman, I get that, I'm queer myself, but... does crowley ever really use she/her pronouns in the show to warrant having them used for him by fans?
Just feels a little odd. Like, I wouldn't call myself binary, maybe fluid would be a word for it, maybe not, doesn't matter, but if the pronouns that everyone uses for me, is he, then those are the ones you use for me too, yknow? Like, I really doubt crowley has some repressed feelings on his pronouns based on that line, and I doubt Aziraphale walks around misgendering him, so why do some fans? Like, surely using she/her for him is misgendering, and making assumptions on his pronouns based on his gender rather than how he actually likes to be addressed? Just feels weird to me
Not sure if this belongs here, but please delete if not. For those in the UK who weren't aware, Michael Sheen is one of the celebs on "The Wheel" on BBC One tonight. Guess it will go onto iPlayer after broadcast. Enjoy!
READ THE RULES CAREFULLY!
Choose the number for the item that you are willing to sacrifice. This means the item will be eliminated from the finale.
Search the comments below. If you are the first to mention a number, make a new parent comment. If there is already a parent comment with that number, upvote it and reply to that comment if you want to discuss your reasoning.
Do not downvote parent comments.
(This is to make votes easy to count. If there are two parent comments with the same number, the one with the higher number of upvotes will be counted, the other disregarded)
The rules may be confusing so feel free to ask questions and I'll try to clarify. You can't get into any trouble here for asking questions.
I will try to start each round around 12 am EST daily, but it likely won't be on the dot.
I'm amateur at drawing, so I wasn't really thinking of posting this here. I was in the middle of making a Bujo spread for this month, when my husband came in the room and said "Awww, that's so sweet" and pointed out the letters I'd just written (I started from right to left because I was trying to center it better). Lol, didn't realize it until he talked to me. 🤍🖤
This may have been said before, probably a lot, but does anyone know why Aziraphael has a bookshop?
He says in the show he uses it to store his books and because he likes collecting them but if that's the case...
Why doesn't he just...
Open a library?
It would be the same thing except he wouldn't have to sell a book and can instead simply let people read the book like he is clearly already comfortable with doing.
It would even be thematically appropriate as an angel since I would imagine everybody agrees free access to information is a good thing. And while I'm not familiar with how libraries work, especially not in england, but they probably get financial help from the government and probably get access to even more books to buy.
Which would grow his collection!
Is there something I'm missing? Does Aziraphael not know what a library is? It's been a while since I've seen the first season so maybe there was something I don't remember that explains this.
Oil on canvas 🥲 also the tag is my Instagram art account, I'm quite proud of this one 😭
Recently went up to St James' park to see the bench. There was a crowd of around 6 of us gathered around it pointing out bits of writing to each other. They even helped me find it in the first place. One of them even gave me a really cool keychain I'm going to treasure for the rest of my life lol.
I also found two of them later on at a different filming location. Just overall one of the best fandom experiences I've ever had <33

Here is the board I compiled based on the comments on the last thread. Before we officially start, let me know if there's anything on the board you think should be swapped with something not on the board. If there is a clear consensus, changes will be made.
I will be going to Tokyo next month and am wondering if there are any stores that might sell Good Omens merchandise or collectibles.
Last month's post about doujinshis made me realize there might be such things there (https://www.reddit.com/r/goodomens/comments/1fb6lij/a_selection_of_good_omens_fan_books_found_in_tokyo/)
I'll definitely be checking out Mandarake. Thank you!
Crowley sings the first lines of Flower of Scotland when he is tripping on laudanum in the Victorian Era. Flower of Scotland was written in the 1960s. Is this just a mistake or is there a canonical reason why he knows the lyrics 70+ years before it was written?

As some of you know, I have been writing a monthly newsletter for the fandom (see u/MotherOfShame 's account for the September and October newsletters). As per recent suggestion, I was thinking of including a fic advert in the newsletter - probably a summary and maybe a chapter or something from the fic to advertise it. If anyone has a fanfiction that they have written (Good Omens, obviously) that they would like advertised, please get in touch! Thank you all and Happy Halloween!
Next year it will officially become a tradition
