For the last two or three days EVERY match I’ve attempted to play has caused the game to crash and I’ve only been able to reconnect to one match (which then immediately crashed again). I tried to report this issue via in-app chat, but no human has responded. Just trying to see if anyone else is experiencing this as well? I’ve lost 5 million coins because of the issue, the game is unplayable until this gets remediated.

I was forced to use it in the checkpoint challenge and missed every chip. I think the club is horrible. But I also wonder if there's something I don't know about it.

Can someone tell me if it is possible to unlock a club through a prism chest?

Is anyone else having matches drop since the update?

We need a second in command. Call it what you want: Vice President, Assistant Manager, General... whatever.

The position must be able to demote Captains, and have all of the powers the President does.

I was President and the founder of our team. I accidentally promoted someone else to president. There should be a way to reverse this mistake but there's not. This mistaken president won't read any email or chat or do anything a president would.

To make matters worse we have a troll captain that heckles everyone and promotes every player to captain so we can't kick them. So half our team is long inactive players now.

I've hounded tech support with multiple solutions but they won't do anything to help us.

What do you think about this idea? How can we get them to it?

I'm a bit of a hypocrite posting this as I normally scoff at Prism Chest posts but here, have a look at this, I have been promoted to Insider status! If you care at all, which are you choosing and why?

As a spoiler alert to the question above if you are FTP then, unless you have maxed all epic clubs regardless, then this feature will have zero relevance to you.

The ball album came out of nowhere, no one wanted it but personally I love it. It is flawed, however as per usual playdemic have not shown any interest in ironing out those flaws. If they were to do so what changes would you like them to do to make it more relevant (and thus possibly make it more profitable for them)?

My own perception is it doesn't come into its own as a feature until you start getting balls in prism (for me it focuses which ones I collect and then use), do you share that feeling or have other thoughts? The only exception could be it encourages those spending to buy every single new premium ball to get neutrons.

I find a pic often gets more interest on here, I have done generation 22 as there was an issue with the shuriken ball taking longer to come out. As an aside are players now having it appear in their ball prism, or is it still not showing there yet (I am yet to see it myself).

Thoughts on the iPad mini 6? Looking at getting one will this run the game along with grids smoothly?

@Playdemic Community Manager...any thought about reducing the gem count for KM's. 650 for 9 seems an awful lot when Titanas are 180 for 9.

They're not really worth almost 4x the ball!!!!

Just got TH to level 8 (my first epic club to reach max level). Tempted to have that as my go to club for T10 and T11. Curl is the only thing it’s lacking?

What are everyone’s thoughts on this?

Had almost 80k gems this morning. Went to play a few hours later and I am down do 52k. I did not use any gems today (everything in shop is still full). Anyone else have this? I tried live to chat to create ticket but no response.

I went from 50 million coins to 12 million coins in the span of a day with no hope insight of winning a game. I pay for balls and coins and jewels so I think it follows your algorithm and it makes you lose until you have to buy more items. This game is a piece of shit. Tell me otherwise.
