I recently picked up a new photo scanner and my trial run was on some old pictures I took at 2 GJ shows in 2002. I think I have them ID'd correctly. I know both took place at the Emerson Theater, April and June, but it's possible I have the two shows mixed up.

The show with pics of Daryl without a shirt was a night he said he was battling the flu/fever and was burning up. Both shows were incredible - the band was having fun and the crowds were intense. Thought I might share with the community. Small club - I think it holds around 400 people.

I was passing out GJ stickers prior to one the show as a part of their promo group and ran into Daryl and he signed my KKBB CD, but apparently he doesn't like signing stuff (or so I was told by another fan at the time).

I was listening to Our Color Green today and it made me realize how much I miss the 1-2 punch of Manny Carrero and Durijah Lang. Durijah’s drum parts on those EP’s are super unique to the rest of GJ’s discography, and Manny’s understated yet driving finger pick style is unmistakeable too. Even though Justin probably wrote the bass parts, you can always tell when Manny is playing

They’ve been through their fair share of bassists and drummers over the years, which ones are your favorite?

Apologies if this has been talked about previously, but does GJ even sell merch anymore through their website? They used to, but now it seems like it's only a landing page with a reference to whatever they happen to be focused on at the time. They used to have a bunch of merch split up by release. Did they ditch that entirely, or just move their official merch to a different site? It would be crazy to me if Beck just decided they don't need the sales and pulled everything...

With the heavy instagram use, the constant teasing of "soon" and the fact that HA has been liking all the current warped tour posts.... something is going down. The warped tour line up is being announced on Monday so I'm thinking Annulment is coming out, HA will be in the warped tour and maybe an EP and/or album announcement! 🤞

Rumor has it head automatica may be on a warped tour date this year. The line up gets released on Jan 27. Let's hope an album announcement around the same time! 🤞
