Every time I think of an episode I want to watch I google what season it was and when I go to discovery plus it is not the same as what google tells me. For example I’ve been wanting to watch the st ann retreat episode and google says it’s season 13 episode 7. But when I go to discovery plus season 13 episode 7 is “Texas horror hotel” I have this problem with other episodes as well. Do they not have their most popular episodes on discovery plus or something?
I'm a 15-year-old male teenager and I have been thinking a lot about what I've been wanting to be when I grow up and thinking about a career I'm interested in. Over the years I've made changes in my style, and I started to go more gothic. I'm into scary things (like movies), I am very interested in the paranormal, I LOVE Halloween, I only wear black clothing and a good amount of jewelry, and I've been into the paranormal. I watch Ghost Adventures a lot and Zak Bagans and the rest of the crew have somewhat inspired me. They know a lot about the paranormal and have expensive equipment and it has inspired me to be like them. Not exactly like Zak Bagans but I love what he does on TV. I wanna start working out and getting tattoos (not to be like Zak) and I want to do what he does as a career but I don't know If that's possible. Is there a career I can do that has anything to do with the paranormal?
Edit: I didn't realise it while I was typing this earlier but yes I'm aware this was more of a hobby thing but I just simply wanted to know if I could financially support myself with the hobby.
thank u guys for the advice 🙏🏼
There was an episode I remember with a guy in it who wears a really distinct hat and he says something like "I vet everyone who comes through here" and at one point Zak figured something out about the history of the place or something and he says "Son of a bitch, he did it again"
Used to love this episode but now having trouble finding it.
it's me again. anyone know what episode they caught the evp saying "let us hear" i want to say it was penhurst but i think i'm wrong
I am a ghost tour guide in Williamsburg and there are soooo many stories, deaths, and I've had quite a few experiences even though I've only been doing tours for a few weeks now.
I'm curious as to why Zak and the crew haven't been here yet. Not just Williamsburg but anywhere in the state of Virginia. Especially with the Peyton Randolph House being one of the most haunted homes in the state and how much dark and even demonic energy that has been reported and experienced here. There are plenty of other places in VA that are haunted too, so I would have thought that with as many episodes and seasons of the show that there are they would have been to VA by now.
My two personal theories are:
Colonial Williamsburg (CW) is very strict about things in general and the "preservation of history". They are incredibly concerned with their image and I wonder if they don't want the crew there for reasons along those lines?
Apparently the state of VA is pretty strict across the board about filming in general? My husband mentioned people have been wanting more movies and shows recorded here but it's been the state is really cracking down on it as a whole.
I have a feeling the team has wanted to come out this way but hit walls when it came to permission to film. Curious to hear your thoughts!
So, what's going on with Ghost Adventures these days? Aside from a brief TMZ article about Zak and filming for another demonic spot, but what about this:
Season 37 - FOUR episodes Season 25 - FIVE episodes
Albeit the short lived season of House Calls was great, missing this past Halloween is not a good sign. Especially in light of Portals to Hell, Kindred Spirits and the other great TV series paranormal I bought the now WORTHLESS Discovery+ to enjoy were obliterated.
Luckily, Destination Fear is now on YouTube with the show, repackaged as Project Fear, and it's my new favorite. This collapse of the breadwinner while Zak chases other trash shows around like Haunted Museum and Eli Roth garbage has potentially permanently offset the work they should be focused on—the actual long running SUCCESSFUL series, which I can't help but feel with the lack of word from Zak on X about it and no premiers in sight, either Discovery+ is stripping the budget for more 1000lb Sisters and 90 Day disgusting-a** deviant people Finance garbage and abandoned their full lineup of paranormal bangers because some executive(s) coming in when Satan Corp (a BlackRock company? 😂) bought Discovery+'...Talk about bitterly, bitterly retarded; and an insult to the people who have been paying for the service.
I do enjoy Expedition X, Expedition Bigfoot, Skinwalker Ranch... And sometimes I may get desperate enough to put on old episodes, but it's like listening to your ex's song or something.
So if you aren't with the movement yet, YouTube is your new friend. Project Fear is the best in terms of team and investigative methodology and tactics for me, being its Destination Fear 2.0)... There are some other one that are good, but the Sam and Colby channel does tend to solicit many eye-rolls and returns to my YouTube list while watching because Sam and Colby usually have obnoxious guests on who are all inexperienced early 20's mediums or completely green investigators that delve off into rambling more than investigating half the time. Other than that, they do have a few good hits, but the hype about them goes only as far as a bunch of tween girls having a crush on the pretty-eyed emo Colby. Investigative methodologies are pretty green, you kind of scream 'OK do the spirit box moron! Quit bubbling and asking questions with no digital recorder, no Ovilous or other ITC equipment even running and just a REM pod, and treat it like you can validate anything more than yes/no, true/false interrogative lines of question for a good 35 minutes.' Its not to say they don't have the equipment, they do. It's the matching the equipment in tandem and timing to the claims of the location and specific area they are investigating that make me sit there bouncing my foot on the ground listening to the latest noob YouTube girls they brought with them this time ramble on and on like they are on some double date and then act like they are too scared to even be there. 🙄
Grateful to Paranormal Files (good enough at times, but the underuse of equipment or overuse and 3 hour run time get boring for me at times. Still, worth checking out if you haven't, Paranormal Nightmare TV.
So, this order if you need a solid replacement for the now defunct, head-up-its-own-butt GA production team or whoever is to blame for all this. Zak, I love you guys dawg. You are the best in the business to me, even if the last half decade has been seemingly changing in dynamic for the worst. We look forward to a return in a big way, but please. Stick to the Ghost Adventures franchise, unless the network is willing to air everything and you make everything, stick with the winners. No more fake scripted reenactment trash. House Calls, Aftershocks and MAINLY GA classic, and of course the feature length GA specials. If the network is to blame, start your own! 😊
This is my venting for the day. I hope I didn't offend anyone, just fiending for my fix and the dealer is late. Starting to get sick.
YouTube top 3 for me so far in replacing the hole in my heart where GAC once was:
Let me know if I am missing any others, I know there are several more good ones but I forget the names.
Hey guys, seen you loved the other one and wanted to share more. Please go follow the original creator on tiktok @sarahwinesalot this is not my content and I feel like they both deserve to be watched by all. They make a great duo and are freaking hilarious.
I'm curious if anyone knows how I could possibly reach out to the show about a location in my town. I plan on doing more of my own research about the place before I do as I'm not sure if it would be worth their time, but I'd still like to know how to reach out in any case.
Without going into detail, it's an abandoned school next to an apartment where my friend and her kids live and they've seen things in the windows and I get an off sense from the building itself.
As I said, I need to do more research, but beyond that, I'm concerned about the kids. There are quite a few families living there and I worry that they could start messing around with things. They're old enough to go over the the playground there by themselves so aren't always supervised and I already had to talk them out of daring each other from going into the building once.
Edit: I'm not looking for them to get rid of anything. Just proof to back up my and the kids' claims.
Like I said, though, I've got to do research first before I bother anybody with this. I don't really know the history so I don't know what has happened there.
Thank you to everyone for the advice and suggestions.
I did a quick search online and found nothing, but I can almost swear there was a Ghost Adventures episode about Gravity Hills...but there's not. Could I have seen it on a different show, perhaps, and thought I was still watching GA? It's been a few years ago and I only recently started back watching the boys again.
Hi people of reddit I'm new to this, I recently discovered a what I believe may be a ghost/demon or mimic on camera Now this isn't those videos where you hear a voice down the hall. I have footage of what ever it is. The video is 9 seconds long it consists of me and home with my son who was 1 at the time and my younger brother who was 4 at the time In the video I'm laying on the couch listening to music on the TV, I then point the camera toward the kids to show them sleeping that all the video is. But if you pay close attention to detail you'll notice 2 seconds in the video the audio gets muffled as if the phone was submerged into water you then her 3 faded clicking sounds. As I move the camera you can see a figures head looking at from behind the pillar in the house. The figure does look like my sons mother. And for the longest time I thought it was her in the video until I remembered she was not home that day.
I want to know what do you all think this is

How many times do they see something but the camera is never ready.
Im going to make "Aawesome Aaron" a thing lolol because he's aawesome and he's Aaron!!!
Give me your best
I haven’t heard anything about the show for new season. Was wondering if the show got canceled or if there’s gonna be a new season
i’m on break from college and i don’t get scared easily, but i also get bored easily. i am looking for episodes that are genuinely interesting or genuinely scary. as a gauge, the lizzie borden episode and myrtle house are some of my favorites because there is lots of interaction between the boys and ghosts. give me some of your fav episodes!
I can’t get over how uncomfortable Zak gets during this investigation given his fear of dolls. He just looks terrified and like he doesn’t want to be there lmao. One of my favourite episodes but makes me sad as that’s when Nick leaves 😔🤞🏽
Do you think that mimics or doppelgängers are spirits, entities, inter dimensional? Good, evil, or neither? What’s your take?
#paranormal
Does anyone know why for example «goldfield» and «return to bobby mackey’s» in season 4 is nowhere to be found? Alot of other episodes are gone too, but these are like the good ones..
Last night I visited the Sheboygan County Asylum in Wisconsin for an overnight investigation, and let me tell you, that place is a HOT SPOT for activity! We were sitting talking to a spirit for over an hour and here is the best response we’ve received all night from in. In this video you can see my Rem Pod sitting on the ground, a normal and basic flashlight sitting above it turning on and off, and a cat ball right beside the flashlight. You have to see this to believe it!!
Bagans posted this and it reminded me of everyone here. I love that Bagans is also on the understand... UNDERSTAND band wagon 😂
Never seen the show. They find any ghosts? What kind of adventures were the ghosts on?
