Was a candy corn witch for a volunteer event I hosted today 🤍💛🧡

Some things I’ve crocheted that would fall into the “geeky” category (:

Made with Caron blossom cake and Lion DIY glow yarn (for the skulls). Kind of made it up as I went after getting the skull pattern and I’m so happy with it. The sleeves are too big and it’s very chunky overall but it’s comfy and just makes me happy. Oh and the skulls glow in the dark.

Made a cardigan for me

Finished my baby Gojo Satoru cat! 🐱 

I used this pattern from Green Frog Crochet, but adapted it slightly (mainly not doing bobbles for the mouth): https://greenfrogcrochet.com/product/bundle-no-sew-cat/

Yarn is Ricorumi nilli nilli, white, with a 3mm hook.

He was left faceless on my shelf for a month until I worked up the courage to try wool felting for the first time. Really glad I did it as I much prefer the look of the felted mouth over embroidery thread. Whenever I try to embroider faces it looks really messy so will definitely do felting from now on.

Might add some white highlights to the glasses but will leave well enough alone for now 😅 Overall happy with how it came out 😊

For the Jujutsu Kaisen fans, I crocheted Gojo cat!

So my wife started crocheting a couple years ago and has a real talent for it. I started creating a calculator for her that would take the count of stitch types in her project and calculate how much yarn she used so she could accurately charge for materials. It also gave the benefit of identifying how much yarn she would need in the future and for her to estimate new projects or custom work. It also would calculate a price for the product she created based on her time, materials, and whether she wanted to sell wholesale or retail. It also allowed her to choose whether to use the sale price she bought the yarn for or the retail price when calculating her final product price.I had set it up to keep track of her projects and the yarn used for quick reference. So, I am curious if anyone else would find a calculator specific to crochet and knitting useful?

I just wanted to share some of the recent stuffed animals I made! Of course, my brother has claimed Freddy, Chica, and Funtime Freddy as his own, and I gave Toy Freddy (photo taken with Funtime Freddy) away as a gift for a friend. I used a tutorial I found on YouTube for the classic Freddy, and then ended up making my own patterns for the rest of the characters (it's my first time trying to write my own!) There are plenty of mistakes, but I think they turned out okay? (My favorites are Bonnie and Foxy which I thankfully got to keep). I hope you like them!

Spooky Spider Themed Crochete Kitty Cat Couch

Hi everyone, this is my first ever post! I've been crocheting on and off for a few years and have really been getting into it for the past 4 - 5 months. I've noticed my hands/fingers have been sore and crampy because of this (as due to daily overuse) but I wasn't able to find an Ergonomic hook squishy I like. 
So I made one instead! It has been working wonderfully and I can interchange it onto any hook smaller or slightly larger!
I took a small strip of wax paper and wrapped it around the hook (taping it together) and started layering hot glue on top. Between layers, I checked to see where the gap between the hook and my palm was, and filled it in as needed. I also had a bowl of ice to cool the layers quickly, and by doing this, I was able to squeeze and manipulate the hot glue to mold almost perfectly into my palm without burning myself. The two rubber bands on the top and bottom stop the removable handle from falling off, and the handle is loose enough around the hook to twist as I adjust my grip. 
It's not super pretty, but it's working really well, and my pain is easing up!
If you have hot glue and wax paper, I definitely recommend giving this a try!

My niece needed a baby dragon for her costume so I made her a little Syrax. Honestly it’s one of the coolest things (in my opinion) that I’ve ever crocheted 😭❤️she’s fully posable, down to the webbing in her wings! It was a pain in the ass to make but it felt so good to finish it! Kinda don’t want to ship her out 😂 but my god baby needs her so off she goes!
