On the left; immediately following my third shoulder surgery and another operation. Both of which kept me out of the gym for almost 5 months. On the right: taken last week, which is about 9 weeks back in the gym. Definitely progress, and now I’m ready to go full-tilt on bodybuilding.
Hi, every-bodybuilder,
Here I show you my current physique in one of my favorite poses after 5 months under the supervision of my trainer. That was taken in August last summer in Benidorm (Spain) :D
Also, I would like to contact bodybuilder men or in the process of bodybuilding like me in Berlin (Germany) to hang out with, share interests and life style. I'm not into steroids but I have nothing against them, if someone decided to take them.
Anyway, happy to hear from you all wherever you are.
Best regards.
I’m looking for a workout buddy in Las Vegas who is into bodybuilding. I have been lifting and doing CrossFit for years but have recently decided to focus on weightlifting and bodybuilding. If anyone is local and works out at Fit Club, shoot me a message! I would love to connect and work out together.
Just moved to the Peninsula for work and am looking for any gay bodybuilding bros in the area. From what I can see, there aren't many serious weightlifting gyms around, and I was hoping to get the inside scoop from someone more familiar with Silicon Valley than I am.
Next competition is 34 Weeks out!
As the title suggests, I'm looking to significantly increase my caloric and protein intake but I don't know where to start. I'm currently at about 150-180g of protein and 1800-2300 calories for my current intake. I don't like feeling full or bloated (insert body dismorphia), and trying to find foods that are high in protein and calories that don't make me want to throw up is hard to find. Does anyone have any recommendations for foods to buy or make?
