For anyone interested in the Toyota GR86 & Subaru BRZ ('22+).

I currently drive a 2022 GR86 and it is on the stock premium 18" rims with the stock PS4. I got the Eibach springs from a friend. I am new to modding so I wanted opinions before installing it. They told me it's 1" drop in the front and 1.5" drop in the rear. They run a 17" wheel so they had no problems rubbing. But would it rub on the 18" wheel?
Which exhaust sounds the deepest while revving?
I’ve been trying to find some d/s rotors for my GR86 and after doing some research I found the performance pack and the trueno edition both have larger rotors then premium, the front rotor size on PP and Treuno is 12.8 Inches and the rear is 12.4 inches, it’s about a 1 inch increase from premium.
I was hoping to find something from power stop but I won’t be picky, I’m not trying to break the bank but any help will be great!
(Picture so you can imagine how good d/s rotors would be on this open wheel design)
I live in North Carolina. The car came with summer tires. I was thinking about getting All Seasons, but I live in a small apartment with no storage space- so I would have to sell them immediately. Then, I'm worried if the old tires explode or something I'm liable somehow. So yeah, curious if some people are out here making use of summers year round or if it's smart to get all seasons.
I'm not tracking the car or pushing it too hard as I just bought it. Live in a city so I'm always on pavement.
got these feels off FBMP for $500, listed as meisters and look legit, but it sounds too good to be true lol. anyways if you got any clues let me know 😅

Rizzgod with the Christmas lights! Spotted in Ontario!
Just a pic for no other reason than I haven’t posted one anywhere for a bit. 45% on the windows and clear PPF on the headlights. It looks super dark here, but it’s perfect. I like clearer windows on a car.
I have a sound clip in this post. You can hear it towards the end.
I notice the rattling noise in the 86 when doing shifts up to 2 and to 3. No more at higher gears and not when going down. Certain bumps in the road will cause the noise too. The rattling is inconsistent when shifting and from bumps in the road, sometimes it’s there and sometimes it’s not. It seems like it’s coming from the glovebox area. I emptied everything in the glovebox and it still makes the sound on occasion. Anyone have similar issues? How did you fix it?
I have an appointment with Toyota later.
is anyone on rsr down sus springs with stock wheels? if so please drop a picture so i can admire and tell santa before it’s too late
It has been just over a 60 days after my purchase, and I have not received my free HPDE membership so I reached out to the GR experience team on this page: https://gr.drivenasa.com/
Kudos to the team reaching out just hours after I submit my contact form, and the team mentioned that since I opted-out to all post purchase marketing contacts, the team is prohibited to automatically send me the membership. However, once I give out my consent, I can just get the free membership without enroll back to the full marketing thing.
Can’t wait to get the membership and attend my first session!
I drive a 2024 GR86, debating on whether I should get a dashcam, and wondering if it's a good investment. Also I'm wondering why I can't use the Subaru Eyesight as a dashcam but whatever.
