Operating LLC registered in Wyoming while residing in TX.

I have registered my LLC in Wyoming while living in Texas. I opened it there primarily for anonymity purposes. I have a separate LLC registered in Texas that im buying my product with so it can serve to distribute goods to selling on Amazon as well as other online businesses. Both states have no income tax assessed. Would I pay any kind of tax in Texas while selling on my Amazon account? I know Amazon already collects the sales tax based on my Wyoming address but if I’m actually living in Texas will I have to pay sales tax here as well? Anyone else doing something similar? Thanks

FYI. Journalists are reporting that the Section 321 De Minimis ($800) will be cancelled for shipments coming from Canada.

Many ecommerce sellers / FBA sellers rely on this to import into the USA FBA warehouses.

9 months nightmare on Amazon

Hi everyone, I want to share a deeply unfair blackhat tactics I’m currently facing. My competitor, which selling the same product as me, fresh account, submitted a forged document to the USPTO, fraudulently transfer ownership of my trademark to himself. The name and address now match his Amazon seller account, and kick me out of my own listing. We contacted USPTO immediately, however uspto told us we need to wait 9 months to assign an examiner to review to update owner database.

While It only took my competitor 7 days and $200 fee to process this transfer, meanwhile, the rightful owner must wait nearly a year to fix it. The financial loss is devastating— we are suffering nearly $200,000 loss at our company.

Since losing my trademark, my listing quality has plummeted, it started receiving negative reviews because my competitor entered my listing to sell counterfeit goods. This has cut off my company cash flow, making us incredibly difficult to pay our employees. While my competitor continues to sit back and profit from our hard work while destroying our listing.

And the worst part? The signature box on the document was left blank, with only a page of text claiming that I agreed to transfer my trademark. Yet, the USPTO still approved it. I have no idea how something this sloppy got through, but now I’m paying the price.

Even taking legal action feels useless because my competitor is using a fake identity from China, making enforcement nearly impossible. A friend suggested that this could be new blackhat fraud involving an USPTO insider that approve the changes. Which honestly wouldn’t surprise me at this point.

Has anyone else encountered something like this? Any advice on how to speed up the process would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for reading.

Latest Update: Amazon accepted our letter and prohibited the seller to sell at our listing, Which minimize our losses. However, the seller still controls our brand registry, after he realized he could no longer sell at our listing, he removed all photo of our listing, instead he copied our image and use it as their own. Once we regain control he will likely to use copyright tool to claim content ownership.

The USPTO database updated the correction of the assignment of title a month ago, but the “current owner”has not been updated yet—USPTO told us to wait another 7-9 month. It’s been 2 months since we filed correction declaration to USPTO. Because of this, Amazon is not willing to do anything because the USPTO still listing them as the “current owner.”

Still fighting to get this resolved.

Sellerboard & Different Marketplace Currencies

Does anyone have any solution for converting foreign currencies in sellerboard?

I sell in UK and US and would like to see the US sales values in GBP instead of USD.

It seems quite frustrating that this isn’t a feature on sellerboard as it is possible to see the combined figures (UK&US) in GBP in the summary dashboard.

How Do You Manage All the Deals/Promos/Discounts?

We have over 100 ASINs selling, and keeping track of all the discounts, vouchers, and promos is getting overwhelming.

Now that Amazon only lets you schedule each deal/discount for a month, it’s a nightmare to maintain consistency. Once a deal ends, you can’t just restart it at the same discount—Amazon pushes you to lower the price even further to get the voucher badge or strikethrough pricing. This creates a race to the bottom, which isn't sustainable.

The problem is, discounts have a direct impact on CVR and ads. When we’re not running them, ACOS goes up, conversion drops, and organic ranking takes a hit.

How are you managing this? Any hacks to keep discounts running without killing margins?

FNSKU on a black packaging

I've read that the FNSKU background must be white, but if the packaging is entirely black, a white rectangle might look out of place. I was thinking of using a plastic wrap over the packaging and then applying a sticker with the FNSKU on top. Would this be a good solution, or is there something I might be overlooking?

Help Needed: "The SKU does not match any ASIN and contains invalid value(s) for attributes required for creation of a new ASIN."

Hello,

I have been getting this error for months for a variety of ASINs. Listings get stranded with the reason "Create a new listing" in Stranded Inventory. The SKU and the ASIN are somehow disconnected.

As always, Seller Support is useless and has had me try a bunch of different listing loader files which always result in the same error then the agent ends up telling me I need a GS1 Certificate and a letter from the brand saying they own the UPC and that I can use it. These are regular DVD listings with other FBA sellers on them.

Any advice would be extremely helpful. This problem is infuriating.

How to get around awful seller support

I find myself repeating exactly the same thing over and over on case logs, only to get the same robotic response that doesn’t relate at all to my query.

Does anyone have a way of creating support cases that increases chances of success or not getting a robot and someone who actually reads your question.

(I saw a post before where someone said it helps by putting “your rating will be based on how helpful your response is, if my problem is solved you will get 5 stars” however this never worked for me)

I’m currently doing online arbitrage on Amazon.ca. Five days ago, I received a notification to participate in a video verification. However, I was asked to provide invoices for three products I’ve listed. These products were sourced from Amazon.com, and there are errors in the billing address.

Selling Amazon business

I own a fitness product business that operates on Amazon. It’s a unique product that I invented, and I’m now exploring the possibility of selling the business.

The business has consistently grossed over $50,000 annually, even though it has faced inventory issues for 3–5 months each year while active. Amazon has asked to submit SOR/2016-165 (Candles Regulations) - ASTM F2417-17 (Standard Specification for Fire Safety for Candles) - ASTM F2058-07(2021) (Standard Specification for Candle Fire Safety Labeling. There is no local test labs in Canada and it is costing me a lot to test it in US. I am small business owner and could not able to afford the test. Does any one has suggestion on this topic?

Extremely high CTR on ToS, almost ZERO sales.

In the last few months I've been noticing my sales have decreased precipitously and was confused by it. My ad spends went from $10-15/day without hitting my budget cap and doing 15-25% acos to maxing out with 400% acos on some days.

Checking the stats on my ads I was kind of in shock:

TOS - 22-40% CTR on all highly relevent keywords. Zero sales.
Budget was being hit by mid day with maybe 1-2 conversions. 100-500% ACOS.

RoS - 2.8% CTR and generally nothing or maybe break even ACOS sometimes okay.

PP - .75% CTR - 15% ACOS.

I use the low bid high placement with either fixed or down-only bid strategy. I've been running these ads for the better part of 2 years without much issue and around OCT/NOV 2024 started seeing a shift in the way my ads were being engaged. My ToS IS has gone from an average of 50% to an average of nothing (<5%). Chalked it up to the holidays but my product isn't a holiday-related niche.

It kinda makes sense that the ToS IS on each major relevance KW is basically zero (<5%) now as we're only displaying 5% of the time before being spent to death by these hundreds of 10x more interested, non-buying customers every week. We have tried increasing our spend but the problem scales directly with our ad spend. If we spend $2 or $200 we get roughly the same CTR and ACOS rates.

My CTR was usually under 2.5% now it's in the 20's and 30s (Up to 60% CTR in one day ToS with all other placements looking normalish) and I am getting nothing but spend. My rankings have tanked and my sales have crashed 70%. The only person I see competing with us is a new chinese brand and they have already gone past us in ranking to numbers I haven't seen in 5 years ( low 1X,000's rank) with two identical listings under different ASINS both taking up spots, both selling around the same amount of units I used to sell on my own and both with higher prices and lower review ratings. They don't appear to be having the same issue with the ads as we do, otherwise they'd probably by bankrupt by now paying $90,000/month for $15,000 in sales like we would be.

I have also noticed both listings are getting reviews from the same people but with different keywords and titles. These are completely separate listings, not variants btw.

This has been happening for months now, and noting seems to be working. It's like someone is intentionally clicking on my ads to hurt my ranking and I have no way to stop it. I thought this was impossible on Amazon as they have AI or something to notice such obvious manipulation. Is there anything I can do?

Very high number of open orders (pending for 4 to 5 days)

I don't know what's going in with Amazon but I have so many open orders majority are pending for 4 to 5 days saying "awaiting payment verification". It's hard to believe all these open orders are all awaiting payments.

Does anyone have any insight what's causing this? It's not like we're in holiday season.

When to create shipment in Amazon for orders from China?

I am doing my first order that will be shipped directly from China to Amazon. Does it matter when I create the shipment? I'd like to create it now so I can get the manufacturer the labels, etc. they will need to put on the cases and the boxes, but the products likely won’t ship for a couple of months. Will the shipment expire?

Also, the manufacturer is taking care of the shipping from door to door and I am paying them for that. Is there a place when creating the shipment to indicate that so I don't end up having to buy shipping through amazon (I am sure there is, but want to be sure). Thanks!

Sale spike reasons. How to find?

PL , niche product with almost none competition ,Average of 12 sales a day on Italy market , suddenly had a day with 36 sales, never happened before (selling for 1 year). I would like to know the reasons. What i checked already:

  1. influencer i collaborated before , no repost about my product.
  2. Googled my product name , nothing came out except my amazon link and 1 ebay reseller.
  3. Searched my product name on tiktok or ig , no new posts.

Any suggestions?

Is the $200 tier of Vine Enrollment Worth It for Low-Volume Niche?

I have this variation I want to collect Vine Reviews for it before adding it to the parent ASIN. But the average similar product only gets 50-100 sales a month (this is the lowest time for this product) is it worth spending $200 to enroll 30 units for the Vine Program, or chances are only a few reviewers would end up grabbing them due to low demand and therefore I am better off going with the $75 tier?

Need some inspore

Hey everyone,

I have a pill organizer product, and I’m trying to help customers better understand its size. Right now, I’m using a comparison photo—one hand holding our product and the other holding a Red Bull can—along with some dimensions.

However, I still get mixed feedback: some say it’s too big, while others say it’s too small. Interestingly, both complaints happen at about the same rate!

Guys, I Really Need Some Help Here! Small Amazon FBA Seller, please help.

I became an Amazon seller last year, but unfortunately, my sales have been very low, and I have decided to close my store. However, I’m currently facing an issue with the removal of my FBA inventory.

Amazon has requested that I remove my FBA orders before closing my account. I've attempted to create removal orders by selecting the options for liquidation, disposal, and returning the stock to my home, but all of my requests have been canceled. I have tried to resolve this through chat support, but the system seems to be very slow and unresponsive. As a result, I am unable to proceed with closing my account because the removal order process is not completing.

Can you please assist me with this issue or provide guidance on how I can successfully remove my inventory and close my account? my next month storage fee is over 300$ and i cant afford it. I created case but seems no one really working on it.

How to print FNSKU FBA Labels using Dymo Label Writer 450

I've spent countless hours trying to figure out how to do this. I finally figured it out by mistake, and literally no one has suggested this, so here is the hack:

ISSUE: Cannot print FBA labels properly using the DYMO label writer.
SOLUTION:

  1. Install PDF Architect 9.
  2. Open the labels with PDF Architect 9.
  3. Press CTRL + P.
  4. The print window will appear. Below, you will find a section called something like "Page format."

This is where the key lies. The issue arises from the fact that the DYMO, like many other printers, uses weird codes to identify the label format. There are 50+ of these codes, making it almost impossible to identify which one is the correct one.

PDF Architect 9 adds the label size right after the weird name. Just find yours, and magically, all your FNKUs will print properly!
