Pictures from times gone by, left on the film, then brought to light years (sometimes decades) later.
I started this as I was unable to find a subreddit specifically for this.
If you have developed a roll of film that has sat in a shoebox, in the basement, a sock drawer, etc. and wish to share it with the world, here is the place.
Show off your images, talk about techniques, ask for advice. If it is related to old film, here's the place.
Found some film but don't know what to do with it? Ask around and see if there is someone willing to develop it for you!
The film could be from last year, or the 1900's. Doesn't matter, as long as it had been forgotten, then found.

Hi All,
My wifes late grandfather had an old vintage SLR and to my surprise there was still film in the camera. I advance the film and rewound it but would like to find someone to give it a shot at developing it for me. I know that the Kodachrome color process is a no go but have heard that it could be developed in B&W. Anyone willing to give it a shot?
Hey just wondering if I can get Tri-x pan from 1962 developed anywhere or can I use regular b&w chemistry to develop it? It does say tx 135-36 on the side of the box if that helps (I have no idea what it means) Thanks for any help!
Never saw this before today. My sister, Janel, tallest girl here, was going through some old letters from grandma Dorothy and found it. Pictured are, from left, Carter, Barbara, Janel, Betsy. 1968 possibly 1969.
