Hey everyone, I hope you're all doing great!
I won't mention names, but I need you opinion on something.
I've always been passionate about cooking, and my biggest dream is to have my own restaurants, I'm not there yet, but recently, an opportunity came up that allows me to work with what I love and the most exciting part: on my own terms.
A friend of a friend told me about restaurant listing platforms. At first, I thought, "This isn't for me, I'm just one person, and I don't have a physical establishment." But then, he showed me something different: a platform that lets people like me offer meals and host guests at home.
At first, it felt a bit strange. Our home is our safe space, rightš³? But I explored more, I realized that others were already doing it. I checked out the platform, analyzed the pricing, and honestly it looks like something that could truly help me. I have the space, I love cooking, and this could be my stepping stone toward my own restaurant.
Now, here's the big question: what do you think?
Would you do something like this? What advice would you give me? I've been invited to be one of the first individual host on the platform.
(And trust me, when he explained it, it sounded really convincing...)
Iāll also be asking in other communities to gather different perspectives!

Same as a quiche just use tortillas for the crust. The big burrito ones almost fit perfectly in my rectangle pan. 6 eggs cream and fillings ā¦.voila mexiquiche. Inspired by not having pre made pie crusts and being too lazy to make one. Honestly holds together well and comes out great.
