I was reading though the dark library and some things did not seem to add up with Nemsis his relationship with the elites
While three houses has a lot of great fanfiction I do get kind of annoyed looking for a new one to read with how lopsided it is in favor of female byleth, I don't have any problem with the character to be clear but I prefer to read stories where Byleth is a guy or where their are Byleth twins but whenever I go looking its almost a 4 to 1 ratio of stories where byleth is female insbothtead of male. Does anyone have any recommendations for fanfics covering male byleth?
I'm really looking for ones that are preferably long or involve byleth with white hair but i'm willing to hear out anything that sounds interesting!
Your favorite character(s) end up in Silent Hill...
Why are they there? (What issues are they working through?)
What do their monsters look like? (What aspects do they represent?)
Do they make it out of Silent Hill?
Just a fun idea my husband and I had while he's been playing the Silent Hill 2 remake. It's actually pretty dang good! It's spooky season, so if horror is your thing, I definitely recommend checking it out!
I’m on chapter 8 of the Black Eagle route and I have a lot of C level supports but only one is being pushed to a B, and that’s Petra-Edelgard but when I go to boost it, it reads “It will take some time before you can deepen this bond”
How do I boost it to a B level support?
How do you handle the students in terms of classes and rank up? Just going back on my first attempt after years of putting it off. Not sure whether to restart or keep going from that one map with the black knight early on.
I was thinking let each student suggest the route they want to take and focus on that. Or nudge them in the right direction. Like I said it's still my first attempt. Blue Lions by the way.
I thought the only character stat that affected hit rate was Dexterity. But my Annette has high Dex and her hit rate with magic spells is great but with Bolt Axe is trash. Are her low strength and speed responsible for this?
Also want to know how the hit rate of enemy battalions is calculated. What character stat should I be raising to decrease chance of getting hit by enemy battalions?
General Spoilers for this whole post!
But I've been thinking, and I feel like if a dedicated scholar just camped out in the bowls of the Shadow Library for a few years (or a decade or two) they could piece a lot of things together. Yes, there are some biased and misleading texts in there, but enough to ascertain that the church's canon is...very different from certain histories. I don't know if there's enough there for someone to figure out the whole Nabatean thing or the crest stones and weapons, but I dunno man. Seems sus for the church to just leave that sitting there - place looks huge!
Would be interesting if there was some crackpot going around in Abyss saying Rhea is Seiros and all the green hair people are dragons and the bar patrons are just like, 'oh, it's crazy George going at it again.'
For example: The reunion between Edelgard and Byleth (Crimson flower) or a cutscene where in three hopes Claude and Edelgard fight each other before becoming allies, idk just some ideas you have for the games
Squishy mages are able to stand on the frontlines in maddening or even right in middle of enemies. Basically being invincible against 1 range enemies.
Tanking shenanigans by blocking certain enemy’s paths, controlling which units they’re allowed to target and physic without fear.
Free unlimited rescues and warps.
Seems like one of the most Broken utility classs in the series but I hear like, no one talking about them ever
We talk a lot here about student recruitment and whether or not it should be closer to Hope's more restrictive model.
But I'm interested in the staff. In the game we have many who are locked out of CF and one that's only on AM but other than that the staff and knights will always join Byleth, even when it makes no sense.
My thoughts:
Hanneman should be CF/VW and Manuela should be CF/SS. They'll always show up as the enemy during Dimitri's paralogue (giving the player the harder and more impacful version of the map).
Shamir is CF/SS/VW and Catherine is AM/SS. I'm wavering over keeping Catherine with her original recruitment and having VW but 1) I want SS and VW to feel more different in their choice of characters and 2) I love Cathmir, angst and angsty Cathmir.
Alois remains am option for all routes.
Flayn remains an option on AM/SS/VW but if she's killed then Seteth will only join on SS (as long as Flayn is alive and well he'll join any non-CF route)
Cyril is VW/SS only. Another reason I limited Catherine's routes was because of my choices for Cyril.
Gilbert gains SS in addition to AM but he'll join after the (unseen) battle of Grondor field.
Finally you won't be locked from recruiting any of the church units before the timeskip, as long as you meet their requirements. But you'll lose them when the war phase starts.
It doesn’t make sense gameplay-wise, due to her low stats overall. Lore-wise, though, she most likely sees any sort of exercise as a worthy challenge, as long as she believes it will make her perform better in military or political matters.
Actually, I think I just found the answer to my question as I was writing this 😅 oops. She tells Byleth in the classroom that learning Brawling will make her famous 😂.
This is a question I've had ever since I started playing this game about 4 years ago (damn, has it really been that long?) Similarly to the Harry potter books (which I do not support in any way), Three houses has Houses for each character. While I know each character is part of each house thanks to their countries of origin (with some exceptions), I've always wondered if there's more to it... is there some trait that every member of their house has? If we're talking design wise, yes, black eagles have darker tones in their hair, blue lions have the most vibrant colors, and the golden deer have more pastel tones. I'm talking about personal traits. Do the characters of each house have something in common with their classmates? Similarly to the Harry Potter house system?
