English moderated subreddit for the greatest sports club in Turkey: Fenerbahçe. We focus on football but we also discuss other branches of our club.
Rules
1) English Titles - Post titles should be in English. Links are preferred to be in English but can be in Turkish with a [Turkish] tag. If you post a Turkish link please add English translation or summary in the comments.
2) Remain Civil - Inflammatory statements, harassment, and comments that create an environment of hostility will be deleted. Disagreement and controversy are allowed, so long as the discussions are civil.
3) Relevant Posts - Posts should be relevant to Fenerbahçe or current and former players. This can include results from other clubs if the post is aimed at how it affects our club. Sole highlight videos of rumoured transfers will be removed.
4) Stream Links - Links to legitimate streams can be posted by users (not bots or spam accounts), and only in Match Thread posts as a comment.
5) No Spam - Spam posts will be removed. This includes accounts solely created to promote one Website. Promoting Websites and links will be tolerated at the discretion of the mods.
6) No Low Effort Posts - Posts with a short title and no body text, or any posts that take little effort to submit will be removed.
7) No Trolling - Posting or commenting just to create a hostile discussion will be removed. This especially applies to rival fans. Controversy is allowed.

Unpopular opinion: We have a great team, far better than what's needed to win the league, we do not need any superstar players, and the superstar coach should utilize the squad better.
I've been reading a lot of "Talisca instead of Szymanski", "Griezman instead of Nesyri", "Gyökeres here", "Dybala there" on this subreddit and on other social media platforms.
None of this makes any sense. Take the match against Galatasaray as an example: Okan Buruk played his 4th choice CB first as a DM and then as a RB. He played his underwhelming right winger on the left wing and he did great against us. Can you imagine Ayhan or Akgün as part of our starting 11? Yet all of their players seemed much better than ours because they had a better plan, because their coach had a better match, and as a result they played better as a team.
We have at least two top (by Turkish standards) quality players in each field of the pitch, except LB, because Jayden is out with an injury. If Mourinho needs Rabbiot and Lewandowski to win this shitty league, why are we paying him ten millions of euros per year?

Announcing the r/FenerbahceSK proclubs team
Hi everyone i was thinking about doing this for a while and i thought it would be fun for the community to have something like a proclubs team on FC25. Everything is fenerbahce related and we could have days where we’d play etc. It would be on Current Gen (PS5/XBOXSX/PC). The name is Reditbahce SK.
If it is something you’d like join up and maybe we’ll play our first games tonight!

Ali Koç had a meeting with Osayi's father for the contract extension and the meeting went well. There's an intense effort to make him renew until the winter transfer window. Now we're waiting for Osayi's answer
We met with Tadic's representatives. Both parties (Tadic and Fener) are very happy with each other and it's being discussed whether it will be a 1+1 contract extension or 2 years straight away. Yago doesn't think there will be many issues with these negotations because Tadic wants to stay and Fener wants to renew
Fener is in contact with Talisca. Acun is currently negotiating with both Al Nassr and the player. The issue is that he is paid 12m/year and we need him to lower that salary. There's no certainty that it will happen but the board wants to make a "star" transfer and Talisca is the main guy as of right now
We are interested in Zalewski and are thinking of transferring him for the LB position. Archie Brown is also considered but his transfer fee seems to be a little too high at the moment
Part of the agreement for the adidas sponsorship is Fener demanding specially designed jerseys. The management doesn't want template kits anymore and special products will be produced
