• The talented Oguz lacks experience and understanding the required expectations of his role at a big club, and so must remain patient biding his time focusing and learning his trade during training/practise matches.
• He must not get disheartened and will become a more complete and valuable player under this manager's guidance. He also needs to muscle up more, having such a slight build. Against much older heavier experienced opponents, especially in European competition, he will be easily pushed off the ball in most duels if working in tight spaces.
• While at Roma, a young player, Bove, was heading to Serie C on a loan to gain some experience but Mourinho saw something in the youngster and decided to fast track his development by keeping him at the club and he very, very slowly increased Bove's playing minutes until he was ready to contribute as a starter.

While I disagree with Ismail Kartal's refusal of getting a set piece coach, I think what Yağız was doing was disgusting and done nothing but harm us as a club. This Enzo Donis guy is currently an assistant coach at a Congolese club called AS Vita Club Kinshasa. He was also trying to get us Saldanha who is now in the Hungarian league. He's still the most reliable journalist for me when it comes to transfers, but his agendas have a big influence on this fanbase and I hope people are starting to realize that he's just after commission money
