I hate to go to reddit for these things (I even tried to post this in r/SteamDeck but I guess they are strict cause of the automod bot) but my Steam Deck has not been picked up by FedEx and I have been so upset about this! Went to Steam Support but they kept telling me nothing is wrong on their end and it is still in the shipping process. I live 7 hours away from carol stream illinois, which is where one of thier warehouses are. Does this mean it could ship Sunday, or Sunday night? I texted them again and they said it was already shipped November 7th. I am so confused and the shipping info has not been updated since the 7th and only says Label Created.

The package was supposed to arrive on October 23rd but was marked as unable to deliver and eventually the tracking information said the package would be returned to the sender after the third fake attempt. I gave the information to the sender, and they sent me a new package through UPS (which I received with no drama). Every day since, the tracking status stated delivery attempted, unable to deliver, returning to sender. Over a week after the first delivery attempt, a FedEx truck stopped by, but the package wasn't even on the truck. Yesterday, a new driver came by and actually had the package, but I refused it because it was late and the shipper had already replaced the product, so he took the package back with him. Today, I find the package on my porch. What is wrong with FedEx? I now have to return the package because FedEx is the most incompetent shipping company I have ever dealt with.

Dear FedEx Delivery Person that misdelivered my package:

I wish your hot water is nonexistent in the mornings. I wish for your milk to always be sour, and for your bread to always be stale. I hope your feet immediately get soggy the moment it rains. You're a terrible person.

I ordered two CPU processors and they misdelivered the f**g package to another building? The "photo" looks like it's clean tiles from someone's home. And I use the word "photo" loosely because the delivery proof is a white package that was documented with waterlogged camera from the Titanic era. What the literal f*. I cannot make a claim with FedEx because it was shipped via FedEx Smartpost to be handled by USPS - It was NOT handled by USPS. I can submit a ticket and dispute with the online retailer and my credit card company but ultimately, both the retailer and I lose in all cases.

How the f*** can FedEx workers not read? This scenario really isn't uncommon in my experience but they've never f**d me over how they have today. Most other items are replaceable and often cheap... But it boggles my brain how some people lack literacy as a basic skill. I'm not the most educated person in the world... But holy f* this is frustrating.

Will a package be delivered on a Sunday with home delivery? Short and to the point lol

I have a package that's out for delivery today, but the estimated delivery window is 9:59 PM - 11:59 PM, which seems kind of late to me. Does FedEx really delivery this late?

A very fragile and expensive package was sent for repair via UPS, The care was taken, and it got there unscathed, and early fragile packed by them for a mere 50 bucks (i'm rounding up). For some reason Xidax sent it back FedEx, now its floating around the city somewhere and no one can track the package. After getting bounced around and being told that I needed to be here between a specific window, 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., it became "we will have it to you by 8 this evening."

After trying to find a way to pick it up, the AI that ignored and hung up on me several times had me so frustrated. See because they had sent a text to my phone, the AI decided I didnt need to talk to anyone. My wife called and got through, that person blatantly lied to us saying first it was on a truck and would be here by the end of the day, then telling me that there was a shipping label issue from the sender. Except the only way the package was tracked was by the address not the label number, she never varified the label number so how would she know? I questioned her on this and was transfered to a never ending hold.

I hung up and called back to file a complaint, mind you this is obviously in India or an immigrant slave labor center, as you can here the conversations in the background in Hindi. The first lady hung up on me when I asked her why they thought it was acceptable to treat people that way. From there it was just apology after apology and telling me I screwed that it might be here by the end of the day.

I will be going out of my way to not use companies that ship with FedEx, through the upcoming holiday and unless you like being treated inferior and less than human by an overall system that doesnt think you should be able to track expensive packages.

After calling and complaining twice, the package miraculously arrived, box was bent, and there was obvious abrasions to the package, it was definitely slid across the vehicle or shipping area floors. I have on video Jesus, the driver, sitting down with no care what so ever and literally tilt dropping it on its side. I have to get off this PC to see if this one that just got tossed around on my front door, literally in front of me and on video, actually works. Mind yo its a $4500-5000 custom PC from Xidax that worked like a charm when it left there, they have a spec sheet to prove it. I will update with pictures and video later when I know if the System is working.

I wont be shopping at Wal-Mart, Target, E-Bay, or any others that use FedEx as the primary point of shiping, and unless you want you valuable and fragile items treated like crap, you shouldnt either.

My order is in my local city but still 5 days out from delivery. Can I go and pick it up early?

A package that was sent to me from Amman and can’t be replaced - showed on truck yesterday than two hours later showed “at facility” but said would be delivered by EOD. It was never delivered. Now it says “at facility” with no delivery estimate online; however, when I call and track via phone number it says it’s on a truck. How likely is it that it’s lost?

I’m at my wit’s end with FedEx, and I’m hoping someone here can help me get their attention. I sent a package to my mom, but FedEx completely missed her address and delivered it somewhere else. They even attached a photo showing it at the wrong location, which I compared to my mom’s actual address. You can clearly see the difference: the house FedEx delivered to has a concrete patio, while my mom’s has a wooden patio.

I filed a $109 claim with FedEx, attaching everything—FedEx’s own delivery photo and a comparison photo of my mom’s place. Yet, they denied it, saying I didn’t require a signature. I didn’t realize that meant they could drop it off at some random house!

FedEx, I’m just asking for you to acknowledge the mistake and do the right thing. I’m not giving up on this. Has anyone else had a similar experience? What’s the best way to get FedEx to step up and take responsibility?

Have you guys seen any? (I also mean packages directly shipped from Amazon and their warehouses, not third party sellers that sell and ship their own stuff on Amazon).

I’m just curious what would cause this behavior.

Yesterday it said it was on the truck to deliver and then later updated to no delivery attempted. I figured maybe it didn’t make it on the right truck. It was rescheduled for today.

So I check tracking today and it’s similar - claims to have been on the truck and then re-scheduled again.

It is admittedly a larger package (about 70 pounds) so I figure that might have to do with it? I would think the chances of it getting “lost” are slim but maybe it was too big to fit onto the truck or the driver saw a big heavy package and said “f this.”?

Not angry or upset - just curious what would cause this behavior is all.

We had a refrigerated shipment sent from Seattle to Las Vegas - overnight. It left yesterday and was slated to be delivered to our veterinarian at 930am this morning.

At 7:30am I get a prompt from FedEx saying “business is closed will attempt delivery on Monday”.

1. the business was closed (opens at 8am) but people/workers were there

2. there was no door tag left and the only picture proving delivery was of the side corner of a random box

What are my options to get this delivered today? Because as of Monday, the shipment will no longer be refrigerated and it will be worthless.

My FedEx delivery was suddenly randomly transported to Australia directly from the nearest FedEx hub to me, eventhough neither Miserey Salines nor Mascot have an international airport (as far as I know). I'm only an occasional customer and this is the first time something like this happens to me. I assume and hope it's just an error, but I'm not sure. Could it be some sort of scam?.. I'm really confused, and afraid that this problem might prevent my package from being delivered... I tried to find FedEx support, but I only found their "AI Assistant" that wasn't very helpful... please help

I am in BC and had something shipped to my work address as it's a larger item and will be easier there for both the driver and myself, however I did not at all think they would deliver on the stat. But I just checked the tracking number and naturally it says Monday.

Anyone know if it's likely to get pushed till Tuesday? Or am I hooped?

Soooo long story short I work in a warehouse where we ship hazardous good every now and again. Yesterday we were swamped and in the middle of it I packed a hazardous package. We have to put the stickers on it obviously and we only ship them ground. Well I forgot the stickers (I know stupid) and the person that does shipping labels shipped it express. So will I get lucky and the package will just arrive to it’s location or am I 🤬. I’m stressing because the last thing I want is a fine or to get in trouble.

Got a message from FedEx today saying my package will be delivered today on the 11/11, but it’s the 9th today😂

The app says it’s loaded in the delivery truck and will be delivered today between 11am and 3pm but the date is also 11/11

Can I expect the package today or will it be delivered on Monday?

I choose the FedEx Standard Overnight to get a package from Toronto. The package is sent out on Friday, and I guess it will arrive in Montreal on Saturday. Does anyone know whether the package will be delivered on Saturday? Since I will go on a trip on Monday, is it possible to go Dorval to pick it up in-person?

My package has been sitting there for two days...package is flying to the States after traveling from Oude Meer...Does US Customs do their work at LGG or is the package just taking a holiday of its own?

I was shipped something priority overnight but it’s delayed and they put “deliver weekday” in the special handling section. Will they still try to deliver it on a weekend if they’re behind? Or is my best bet to have it held at a location and pickup this weekend?

I'm expecting an international package, and the FedEx label was just created yesterday. Looking up the tracking number, it's in the system but the package hasn't been picked up by FedEx yet. It also shows that the package is set to come to my state, but naturally doesn't show the full address.

Normally when FedEx labels are created, they immediately show up under my shipment manager on the site, but this one does not show up. I'm really hoping that the shipper didn't accidentally put in the wrong address, so I'm curious if it's possible that the tracking number won't show up under my shipment manager until the package is actually picked up by Fedex?

FedEx delivered my meds to wrong place???

I don’t know what to do, I just ordered my first ever dose of Tirzepetide and it was supposed to come today. Saw that it was delivered, came home and it’s not here. The delivery picture is very close up but it is clear that it wasn’t left at my house. There are white bars in the picture and I don’t have that at my house.

I wandered the neighborhood looking for it like a lunatic and no luck.

I’m so disappointed, really wanted to start on Sunday. I’ve reached out to FedEx and they said they would investigate it but I had to be pushy because the guy was very unhelpful and obviously wanted to get off the phone. I stressed that it is medication and needs to be refrigerated but he just said he will start an investigation and they will deliver it…

Also called Lavender Sky the online provider and left a message. I’m starting to feel hopeless that it is lost. I spent my 400$ and for nothing. I’m so worried and disappointed. Any advice? I’m so upset what do I do?

There is a FedEx delivery truck in my neighborhood (SE Portland) which is just absolutely the loudest, smelliest delivery truck I have ever had the misfortune of experiencing over the last several years. The driver is fine, but this truck is just ridiculous. You can smell the lingering gasoline stench a minute or more after it passes by (which you know has happened because you can hear it from over a block away).

I know you can complain to FedEx about drivers, but, how do you complain about their trucks? There is no way this thing is passing emissions testing. I don't know if this is a FedEx owned truck, or belongs to a contractor. I just want this monster decommissioned. Any suggestions?

Got an email the other day saying that my delivery instructions were updated.

No one in my house has changed them and no one has received a fedex package recently.

When I went to go check the updated instructions it said to deliver to the front door, to the far left of the front door but my front door does not really have a left side, much less a far left side, because its right next to a wall.

The last login that showed before I logged in today was back in 2021.

Called fedex support which did not help explain the situation.

I reset my password and set up 2 factor auth but I'm just wondering what's going on?

I live in a HOA of single family homes. All homes have clearly marked numbers on the houses and mailboxes. Despite that, the driver left my packages at another house in the neighborhood.

The kicker is that house is actually owned by a Foreign govt entity and the HOA does not have the contact for who is actually living there. I feel very nervous about going over to see if I can get my packages (house definitively has cameras and I am not even sure if anyone is living there). To clarify not nervous from a physical safety issue but I don’t want a diplomatic group accusing me of theft.

Can FedEx possibly go to retrieve? These are light fixtures and I have now had to cancel and reschedule with the electrician multiple times. They were out for delivery the previous day as well but the driver didn’t even attempt to.

Hi everyone! I recently sent a package via FedEx from the Philippines to Fort Sill, Oklahoma, and received a notification that it was 'signed for' at its destination. While this sounds like it was delivered, I'm feeling a bit anxious and want to ensure it truly reached the right hands. Has anyone had a similar experience or can shed light on how accurate FedEx's delivery confirmation and signature notifications are?

I have a very important package that just shipped out. It’s headed here “standard overnight” but with a “weekday delivery” stipulation.

If i request it to be held at a FedEx location, could i just pick it up tomorrow (Saturday) and circumvent the weekday delay?

I work in events and recently held an incentive trip in Copenhagen where we gave out Viking Drinking Horns on iron stands as trophies to the attendees.

After the trip, we shipped the awards via FedEx to the United States to my office in Chicago so that I can send them to the individual winners.

The shipment is currently stuck in Memphis and they will not let it go through without a steel mill license for the stands.

There are approx. 16 awards total and the value is $216 usd.

Anyone have any tips on getting these awards through ? I feel like we shouldn’t need a steel mill license since the value is so low and the products are for personal use, not retail.
