I ordered some stuff on target and fedex delivered it to the wrong address. I try to submit a claim of fedex and target but fedex declines to do anything and target just doesnt work. What do i do?
I have a package that was shipped 1/21/25 from Utah to Ohio. The package showed up via tracking at my local FedEx facility and was out for delivery on 1/29. It was not delivered. It showed up on 1/30 at a facility a couple of towns over. Yesterday it was again out for delivery from my local FedEx facility and not delivered. Today it was again out for delivery from my local FedEx facility and not delivered. Why on earth would a package be out for delivery three separate times but still not be delivered? I tried calling FedEx yesterday after the 2nd time it was not delivered and all they could tell me was that the seller would need to contact them if they wanted the delivery changed. Help.
Fed Ex wouldn't tell me where it was coming from nor would they correct my address over the phone or online. Everyday it said it was updated to delivery the next day. It was finally returned to the sender. I have yet to find out who sent me the Fed Ex. Whoever sent it has never gotten back to me. The only contact I got from Fed Ex was a voicemail with the tracking number and my name. Because I didn't answer the phone that one time where I had a chance to tell the agent the correct address they never called again. Calling Fed Ex and speaking to an agent didn't resolve anything. It wasn't sent it error because Fed Ex had my name and phone number. Just unbelievable. It could have been an important document or a check. I guess I will never know. What's strange is the zipcode where it was sent from is the zipcode where it was sent to.
Out of the last 10 packages to be shipped to me through FedEx only two have been correctly delivered to my address. The other 8 have been to other units in my building or to different buildings in my condominium complex.
It's not that hard to deliver here. All the other delivery companies deliver packages correctly. I'm not sure why FedEx can't? I mean I could understand if they left it at a different street address with the same condo unit number as mine, but the thing is, they're never the correct unit number and they're pretty specific. A for first floor, B for second, C for third and then a sequential number for the various units on each floor. Not sure how this one delivery person consistently delivers to A or B when it clearly says C. Also can never get the number after the letter correct either.
It's also the same driver every time. Every time I see this guys name and photo as the delivery driver I know I'm going to have to hunt down my package somewhere in the complex.
I called the 1-800 number to file a complaint numerous times. I used the star rating thing in the app as well and left comments in the app about it being miss delivered. I thought maybe they had corrected the issue as my next delivery was delivered correctly, but then I remembered it was a different person. Then this guy is the delivery driver again and it's miss delivered. I finally ended up writing a letter to FedEx corporate regarding this. I sure hope they read it and re-train or counsel this guy on how to properly deliver. I mean A vs B vs C, 1 vs 2, vs 3 vs 4, etc. Maybe give him a route that's easier to deliver to? I mean maybe he shouldn't deliver to condo and apartment complexes and should only deliver to single family residential and businesses?
Edit: We never had issues with FedEx deliveries until this guy started delivering 4 months ago. Everything was ok before that.
It is really sad the stress you go through with FedEx, FedEx May have been the best back in the day, but something is really not correct with them now a days. My sister had sent me a packet from San Diego in December 26 or so and the people there made the mistake to send it to Brazil instead of Belize I was extremely worried and hesitant, my sister had to go to the office and tell them to redirect this packet to Belize again, long story short it was then shipped to Belize đ§đż now when it is officially in Belize the people made a mess out of me, well I didnât give up, I emailed and texted anyone I needed to text, I called incessantly I never gave up, I even ended up emailing the customs officer to clear my packet, he gave me instructions on what to do and he then approved for it to be cleared, hopefully on Monday if Christ provides more life I should get this. Can someone please tell me what this might even be? Because the amount of stress I went through is not ordinary, itâs like being in war with an enemy. Someone please tell me if this has happened or something similar has happened? Belize or any other place in the world.
Hello, I've received several items from Fedex without any issue, it ALWAYS says 'Signed by' or Received By when a package gets to my address. However, it's the first time I just see it says Delivered without anything else.
The manager from my forwarder address says my package is not there yet. Does Fedex ever mark delivered without details before actually delivering? Just like USPS.
It's Fedex SmartPost, the weird thing is it was 'Delivered' in just 2 days.
Hi so for context this was ordered on the 24th through amazon and estimated shipping time was february 3-6, i know that packages can be delayed sometimes but the fact that it hasnt even moved makes me a little worried as to if my package is even going to get here at all or if I should just cancel and get a refund. support has told me nothing except for âyeah packages can be a little late sometimes try waitingâ but i really dont want to waste my time when i dont have to.
Online I requested in my preferences for packages to be delivered to the back garage door, I even stuck a note on the front door again directing for that but still my packages are always delivered to front door and messages ignored. Iâm never at home when they deliver so I canât ask them in person, but I thought they see the preference, is there any way I can contact them directly to ask about this?
I dropped a package to return early December and recently received a note from the seller that they never received it. I checked the tracking number and it doesn't exist. After I dropped the package, the cashier lady never gave me the receipt and I forgot to ask for it. Without a receipt, FedEx cannot process a claim. What would be the next step? Check in directly with the store, file a police report for potential theft, something else?

No one ever comes to my door, I just watch my status switch to delivery attempted despite me literally sitting on the steps to avoid them doing this. If I start refusing to pick up the packages at the store, does this actually do anything? Iâve already told the current company that I wish they wouldnât use Fedex, but is the item being returned to sender something thatâs typically followed up on? I just need something to be done because, at this point, Iâm going to just have to no place orders through anyone who says they ship with Fedex, itâs ridiculous

I just got this that said a package was being tracked but,, I haven't ordered anything.. this is on the Shop app to track any of my packages. No money is gone from my bank but what is this? a scam? and what do I click bc i'm scared to lol
I ordered a decent amount of merchandise from a large international company. They didn't offer any shipping options during check out, and after paying, I come to realize they are using fedex smartpost. This is not a small company, but a very large multi-national sportswear brand. Of course, my package has been stuck since January 16 in Georgia (lost or stolen, it's not important to me) It should have been handed over to USPS at that point but there's been no scan or movement since.
No one can give me any answers, the merchant nor fedex or usps.
I Normally refuse to use a company if I find out they are using fedex in their shipping as I've lost 4 packages in 3 years when they became involved. Those 4 packages are the only times I've had fedex as a shipper, so not very good statistics. What is going on with Fedex??
I will be leaving to another country and ordered something which I want to use on my trip and it may not come on time. Would it be possible to change destination country to letâs say the hotelâs address while in transit if I see that it probably wonât make it in time?
So this is the THIRD time this has happened. I see fedex pull up, they sit there for some time (I assume getting my package) then before I know it they leave! I try to go after them to no avail. I call FedEx who are ZERO HELP. I can where my FedEx lady is on the map which is two streets over. I ask FedEx to contact driver and to bring my package back and they literally just repeat âit will be there before 4:30â after Iâve repeatedly told them it wonât because this has happened 3 times prior! Last time the FedEx customer service tells me itâs because I had a âholdâ placed on my package which I may certainly do not. I donât know what to do. Is it bad of me to go hunt her down and get the package? đ€Šââïž. Iâm so frustrated.
They just missed my package today again for the third day with a house full of people and me standing by for medical equipment after I called them for 20 hours and sat there and waited.
They just come to the door for 1 min leave the doortag and run away. Today we had the blessed feeling or hearing the faint sound of him at the doorstep, us running and him running away.
They donât give a shit about their customers and their communications with their drivers are laughable. I canât believe they are still in business.
I missed my medical delivery for three days in a row because of shitty drivers that donât care and how fed ex is set up. The drivers donât even try to deliver the package they just try to meet quota and door tags do it apparently. I hope you guys know you made someone miss their medical package 3 days in a row.

At 10 oâclock this morning FedEx delivered me someone elseâs package. I called them and I said you delivered someone elseâs package here and I canât take it to them because I have Covid. It is still sitting on my porch. At 11 AM they said they delivered my Chewy package to a mail room. They sent this proof of delivery image. This lovely pile of leaves. I live in a house. Where is my mail room? Chewy is sending me a new order at no charge because they are bad ass. I wonder if I will ever get this package. I called and filed a complaint for both deliveries. đ€Šđ»ââïž
Give credit when appropriate, my Saturday priority overnight is supposed to arrive today and when I woke up this morning to still see it Memphis I assumed it missed the flight or wasnât coming. Never have I ever seen a package go out for delivery at 11am. Some reason it missed all scans prior to then. I know to most âwhatâs the big dealâ itâs just a package. But when itâs critical medication it matters and it was a very unique situation.
I was supposed to receive my international priority package from China on Thursday, but it hasnât updated since then and is still stuck at the Ridgmont facility. Never had any problems with fedex before this, anyone else having the same problem?

I ordered 4 of something, got them and see it says the 4th was delayed. It's value is around $50, I don't really need the extra thing, and it comes from a big corporation.
Honestly I just don't want to raise a flag for the honest mistake the driver made, assuming it was their mistake. I prefer not to take the item I didn't pay for in general. Will this get anyone in trouble if I report it as extra?

So, package scheduled to deliver 1/30 by 8pm. Waited all day, nothing. Check it at 11pm and it says "we'll let you know when your package starts moving". Whatever, probably tomorrow. Still says "out for delivery".
I got a notification about an hour ago, with no picture, that says "delivered 11 am 1/30/25".
What does this even mean? Do I go ahead and mark it missing?
I live in a sketchier part of town and my apartment is fenced with spikes and gated in.
I added the access code to my delivery profile well before this delivery, but when it was not delivered the first time they left a note on the gate and I called. I was told the delivery profile doesnât matter, gave the phone chat guy the access code, and he said heâd put it in the computer so they could come again.
Next day, I get a message saying they canât locate me (despite having found the building just fine yesterday) and when I called I was told tough luck, call the shipper?
I did as such and just requested they have the package held at a FedEx location, but I work crazy hours (am a trucker) and really was hoping to avoid having to go out of my way on a workday to pick up a package.
USPS, UPS, and Amazon all get here just fine? Am I doing something wrong?
Package arrived in Champaign, IL on the 25th, and the label had to be replaced because it was unreadable. Said it would be delivered the 27th from 11am-3pm. Left Champaign the 27th, arrived in Cahokia same day and sat there. Then arrived in Sauget (45 mins from my house) the 28th and said it would be delivered that day. Delivery time passed and then said âwe will add a delivery address as soon as your package starts movingâ. Havenât had an update since the 28th Tuesday. Why does FedEx say theyâre going to deliver a package at a certain time when they obviously wonât be? And when do you think I am even going to get it??
TWO DAYS AGO my Brooklyn warehouse mistakenly shipped 9 boxes of steel clips (330 pounds) via FedEx GROUND. Right after the driver picked up the 9 boxes, they realized these were supposed to go FedEx FIRST OVERNIGHT and NOT GROUND. We called FedEx minutes later and they said the 9 boxes were in the Long Island City Terminal. We asked them to RETURN ALL 9 BOXES immediately so we could relabel and get them on the next plane out of NYC. But NO, 2 days LATER, they've moved farther away and are now SITTING in the WOODBRIDGE, NJ terminal and there has been ZERO attempt to return the boxes to the pickup location. You would THINK FedEx would want to turn a ground order into a FedEx FIRST OVERNIGHT because it's a HUGE profit for them. NOPE. FedEx is belligerently sitting on all nine boxes and 7 calls to FedEx have now gotten me automatically routed to "There's NOTHING we can do." phone recordings. We have labels ready to email anywhere to switch these to FedEx FIRST OVERNIGHT. We've been FedEx customers for 28 years and we ship with other accounts all over Asia. I swear I pray for an alternative shipping company to appear.

Iâm typically try not to be a Karen about these situations but I hit my breaking point with this situation today
I have Multiple Sclerosis which requires expensive medication as part of my treatment plan (for the rest of my life). With it being considered a speciality drug I canât get it filled at any local pharmacy, so I have to get it shipped from a specialty pharmacy about 4 states away. This medication is worth ~$400 for a monthâs supply, and not having it can cause my condition to worsen or send me into an episode.
Iâve had issues in the past with FedEx messing up my deliveries, so I request for all of my packages from this pharmacy to require a signature. Imagine my surprise when I get a notification saying my package was delivered and signed by me, when I never even got a knock on the door or my doorbell rang. They even misspelled my name. No delivery photo so I had to snoop around and to make matters worse they delivered it to the wrong house, being my neighbor who Iâm not on good terms with. Thankfully he wasnât home so I was able to retrieve my package.
Whatâs the point of requesting signature delivery if itâll just be faked? I understand drivers have quotas to meet and probably 100+ more stops that day, but if this wouldâve turned out worse where I couldnât find it or wasnât able to retrieve it at all it wouldâve left me without crucial medicine and a lot of money gone. Thankfully this was the first time I experienced, but I hope itâs the last.
Would anything even happen if I tried reporting this or would it be a waste of time?
