I’m supposed to receive money back for shipping right since they charged so much?

Getting ready to ship out my haul and wanted to ship with UPS to California but when i add everything it says i cant because the volume weight exceeds 18000g but i only have 13 items so i looked and the estimated volume weight for the 4 stussy tees from zf is a little over 10000g how can i lower that cause theres no way 4 budget stussy tees weigh 10kg

Thinking about buying wondering how the quality is? It’s just $15 so I’ll prolly just send it
