Pretty much every site / ranker has him ranked higher this week than the streaming choices...
Maybe you have a solid backup QB? I dunno...
If you're not starting him tonight, who are you starting?
Need some RB depth, and think that this could be solid trade considering not a lot of people in my league are looking for trades. I dont think JSN continue to produce when DK comes back.
I have Chase Brown on a Dynasty team that has a lot of depth. I’ve been trying to trade him with other pieces to tier up but from the feedback I’m getting and what I’m seeing in the community, many people don’t believe he will be a lead back long term.
Am I missing something here? To me he seems to be proving himself with Zach Moss out and has steadily improved since being in the league. He has been handling the work load, running well, and is a great pass catching back.
I see him as similarly valued to James Cook at this point and wouldn’t be surprised to see him out perform Cook ROS depending on Herbert’s role in the offense. Seems like Chase Brown has a peak upside to ascend to an Achane level back, he is bigger than Achane with similar speed.
Why do people seem to think the Bengals will not roll with him as a lead back long term?
I have started London every week at wr2 but now that puka is back I bumped him to flex. However he’s matched up against PS2 this week and I’m not confident in London.
I got Estime, but are people dropping him after 1 week of 3 touches?
I was offered AJ brown, Pickens, and Kincaid for my Ceedee lamb, Hopkins, and LaPorta.
0.5ppr. Do you take this?
Team A receives:
RB Joe Mixon
Team B receives:
RB Josh Jacobs & WR Demario Douglas
Some context: 12-team PPR family league, no money, playoffs start week 13. A lot of fantasy first-timers in the league. Team A is 4-6 but stronger than their record, would get in by winning out and they'll be favored in both matchups regardless of this trade. Team B is mathematically eliminated. Team A initiated the trade.
My gut says it's a pretty imbalanced trade, especially with the context that there are at least a half dozen Douglas substitutes available in free agency, he adds nothing here, so it's effectively Mixon for Jacobs and Mixon clearly better. Add on the fact that the team shipping off Mixon is eliminated kind of seals the lopsided deal for me. I don't suspect collusion - pinning it more on inexperience.
It's an ESPN league, 3 veto votes (myself included) have been cast but would need 5 to stop it and with how obtuse the ESPN mobile app is with trade voting, I don't anticipate any more votes coming through before the trade executes at 5pm. I'm concerned about a precedent being created where eliminated teams can just be raided freely, especially with this inexperienced group. Team B also has Jayden Daniels and CMC, and I don't have any reason to think this will stop with Mixon. Should I shut this down with league manager powers or let it slide?
I have mccaffrey and I'm currently at 3-7 in a 14 player standard PPR league
Got offered Hurts for Mahomes and Hunt.. My RBs are Hunt, Achane and James Cook, who is out next week on bye so I would need a RB pickup for one week...but Jalen Hurts is better ROS than Mahomes/hunt would be right?
Mulling over sending this offer, but I'm worried I might be making a playoff rival too strong. 10 team PPR league, 2 WR, 2 RB, 1 TE, 1 WR/RB.
My team:
WR: Puka, Nabers, Pickens, Moore, Hopkins RB: Bijan, Achane, Taylor, Brown, Cook TE: McBride, Otton, Njoku (I have too many atm, need to drop one for a defense at some point).
Their team:
RB: Henry, Chuba, Estime (starting this week), Irving, White. WR: Chase, Dell, Smith Evans. TE: J.Smith
We are very likely to meet in the playoffs (in wk 16 atm). They have a permanent hole at TE and a bit of an issue at RB, so Otton and Brown would be good for them. I am a bit worried about Nabers and think Evans could come back strong.
Is trading for Evans worth it? TBs playoff schedule is great.
Would this package be too much? What about Otton and Hopkins?
Should I just sit on my team as it is?
How would Evans owners feel about these packages?
Cheers!
Currently have a trade on the block to send Monty and get Jacobs. Everything I’ve looked at says that Jacobs is ranked a few spots than Monty, but I don’t understand why that is.
Jacobs has scored 4 total TDs this season (3 rushing and 1 receiving). 2 of those TDs came the game the Packers played Jacksonville, so we’ll call that an outlier.
Monty has scored 8 TDs on less touches, and granted he doesn’t have the yardage Jacobs has (Around 200 yard difference between the two) he still produces every week.
Is it just a ceiling vs floor argument because Monty is in a committee with Gibbs? Monty has a rock solid floor every week it seems and that figures to be the case for ROS with his schedule. Jacobs has a lower floor but higher ceiling, but he just isn’t scoring TDs.
Would love some outside input because as of right now I might keep Monty, which every metric I’ve seen is saying to trade for Jacobs.
My starting RB’s are Achane and Jacobs
I have Lamb and while he’s worrying now with Rush/Lance I can’t bench him yet
So I need 2 starters between Jayden Reed, DeVonta Smith, Brian Robinson Jr and Josh Downs
And then next week I have Bucky Irving back from bye adding another good player to the mix so it’s an impossible choice every week from now on
This is 12-team league yet I’m 4-6 and clawing for the last playoff spot…. And my team is kinda stacked
