• Reach floor 100+ in the Palace of the Dead.

If you do not wish to create a free trial account that is fine, but you will still need to follow the same restrictions such as no marketboard and only having a max Gil cap.

Hiya, I’ve just finished EW and have just gotten into raiding, so far have finished the Eden raids and am thinking of moving onto the pandaemonium ones.

A few of us are starting MC TEA static after the holidays and are looking for 2 tanks to fill out our roster. Most of us have raided together for a few tiers now, and are irl friends/fc mates. This would be the first ultimate for most of us.

We will increase raid hours if needed to push a clear when we’re close.

Goal would be to clear before the next savage tier starts. Previous savage experience required, but no previous Ultimate experience needed (though it would be welcomed!)

1. Come to raid on time and try to let us know if you will be late/cant come

2. Study and come prepaid before raid, with a basic understanding of our prog points (Sim will be provided and required for LC and wormhole before/when were ready to prog those mechanics)

We're a semi-casual static who is currently progging M3S. Our current prog point is CDM2 Cleanup/Fuse or Foe. Eventually we'd like to consider harder fights, but are primarily focused on finishing the tier.

Please know we expect to clear each boss as we prog, however we prioritize learning mechanics, having fun, enjoying each other. We are not a teaching Static for new players. The Many Ways is a small 21+ FC who wants to create a relaxed, welcoming environment for players of any experience and skill level. We have members of every playstyle, from hardcore raiders to crafting/gathering fans, to relic farmers and everything in between. We're mostly in our late 20s/30s and as such simply ask our members to be kind and remember that real life comes first. Most of us are also somewhere on the neurodivergence spectrum as well. We are currently attempting to run events 1-2x a week, with a variety of activities including movie nights, treasure map parties, deep dungeon runs, mount farming and even intros to savage prog (No experience needed!). These events are totally optional and are just a way to try and experience different content with both new and old friends. COME STUDIED UP - While we will sim ahead and sometimes together, you are expected to study on your own outside of raid hours.

ACCEPT MISTAKES - There is a callout culture in the sense of if you made a mistake, it will be identified. Own it, learn it, move on from it. It's nothing personal, but you have to be able to handle that environment.

ON TIME - Start time is pull time. No showing up 5/ 10 minutes late. Notify of absence/ lateness asap.

CAPABLE OF RETURNING TO PROG POINT - Most pulls should be prog point pulls.

LOCKED IN - No yapping. Focus up and put your raid hat on. Only comms going on besides shot caller should be supports communicating. Exceptions for recovery/ adjustments mid pull, situational. Read the pull.

ALL QUESTIONS ASKED - Don't let us pull if you're confused. All questions cleared up before next pull.

NO PARSING - This is a clear static, we do not care about your crit rate and will not wall unless it literally affects an enrage cast. Do your job, do it well, but do it SAFELY. Parsing healers will be replaced.

CAPABLE OF NON MIT SHEET - We will move some things around for benefit of the group and expect healers/ tanks to be capable of understanding their kit outside of what PF tells them to do.

NO SAUSING - It's your prerogative if you seek out a Saus clear, but it's grounds for automatic removal from reclears. This is not flexible.
