Flying out to the Mexico GP. Let me know if you wanna hang out!
This sub seems near death. Could the focus of the sub be expanded to include local fan meets and watch parties rather than only fans traveling to GPs?
Not sure if this is allowed here, if not, please direct me where to go. But I'm looking to go to Spa, but I don't drive. I'm looking to see if anyone is driving there from the UK I could hitch a ride with and back. I live in the Manchester area but am happy to travel to meet someone.
Alright Alright Alright!! The hype is getting real fans! Myself and hubby have been big fans of F1 since being introduced in 2018 and are SO EXCITED to be able to make this year's race at Circuit of the Americas in Texas! We would love to meet some other fans that may be heading that way too... First time being able to go to a race, and are also looking forward to the Twenty-One Pilots concert on Friday night after Practice.
Dates - Oct 22 - 24 2021
FYI - Race day tix aren't yet available, but Friday & Saturday have some limited tickets available now.
Episode 1 of the Performante AlphaMaxNova1 Series, where we go into depth on how he became a world famous memer. In this episode he talks about his channels origins. Episode 2 will tell the story behind the meme that sent him into internet fame, S🅱️inalla!

Hey,
I am in contact with a guy from F1 Experience about potential Tickets for the Nürburgring GP this year.
I have never been to a GP before, originally planned to go to Spa this year. Covid changed things, now there might be fans allowed at the nürburgring in October.
Did anyone else sign up for the F1 experience program for the Nürburgring? Do you guys know anything about pricing?
I am actually not looking for very expansive or luxurious tickets. Just want to go to my first GP.
Greetings Tim.
Hello. I want to attend the 2020 Austrian Grand Prix. I have the possibility to attend at the circuit for more days including Sunday but I would be happy with attending only on Sunday too.
I would travel to Austria by either plane or my personal car.
I would drive (this route https://imgur.com/a/RlIbybI) if it were more economical enough than paying for this travel alone. This would be the case if I split travel costs with someone. I am looking for someone that would join me in my car from anywhere on this route. This also applies to my return to Romania. On both ways I would stop once to rest.
I drive a 2012 1.2 TSI petrol engine Seat Leon. With 5 seats. It would average no more than 6.3l/100km consumption.
I also want to split costs on accommodation. Please message me if you are interested in sharing accommodation at the circuit campsite, in Spielberg or even elsewhere close to Spielberg. It could also be advantageous for me to share accommodation in Vienna (and travel by train for 2 hours to Spielberg to get to the circuit, so you can consider that).
Finally, in case I will fly. If you are someone that will drive to Vienna after the Grand Prix and you would take a passenger, please message me. I'm only interested in this because this might be faster for me to get to the airport than taking the train.
Even if you are not interested in any of this, please share this with someone that might be. Thank you!
Other information: I'm a 20 year old man. I have had my drivers licence for 2 years and 3 months. I have a clean driving record. I have never been involved in an accident.
I know very little about F1 please excuse my ignorance and let me know if this should be posted elsewhere.
My husband loves F1 and I was hoping to buy a package from the F1 site for Austin 2020 to surprise him for Christmas, but I don't know if that's the best place to buy them. I was leaning towards the Starter package with no accommodations and trying to get an AirBnB. Honestly though, I have no idea what I'm doing and I don't know if I should buy it now or if there's a better place and/or time to buy tickets?
I'm just hoping someone can guide me on the best way to proceed. We are in southern California if that makes a difference at all and would be flying out most likely.
I really appreciate any guidance I could get.
What is a good hopping spot to stay for the 2020 Montreal race?
Hey all, anyone going to the singapore GP and want to meet up to chill and have a few beers?
Coming from the U.S., male, 29
Hi all,
I already posted on this subreddit for the Monza GP but apparently once the thread is archived there's no way of writing in it again. So here it is a renewed invitation to catch up for this weekend's F1 event!
I will be there with two friends of mine, we will reach the circuit in time for FP2.
We have a general admission ticket and with it is allowed (on Friday only) to access the grandstands, so we will probably be at the Variante del Rettifilo (first turn after the main straight) either on grandstand 8A or 8B.
Feel free to PM me and we can even exchange email/phone number if needed to catch up more easily for a good and healthy dose of F1!
Pinging you guys who already answered to my first post:

Anyone interested?
I thinking of going to the Belgian Grand Prix. Any suggestions on where to stay and transportation to and from the event would be helpful. Is flying into Brussels the best way to get there and then train maybe? What about hotels and getting to and from the track. A little help would be great. Traveling over from Philadelphia with my wife and kids (kids are 23 and 26, so adults).
Hi all,
I'm a 27 year old Australian moving to Japan in August and need a new F1 crew! I'll be living around the Kobe/Osaka region if anyone on here is keen for a few beers and watch the races! Also keen to head to Suzuka in 2019!
Cheers!
So I have been watching the past grand prix by myself since I don't have friends that are into the sport. I want to try and enjoy this coming grand prix with other fans here in Austin. We could also watch Alonzo's race in the indy500.
Anyone else going?
I'm currently backpacking round Western Europe and will be at the track on Sunday if anybody is interested I a meet up?
Hello everyone!
I managed to buy tickets to the Main Grandstand before everything sold out so I'll be going to the Chinese Grand Prix this year by myself! I was wondering if anyone else from the sub was going and would be interested in meeting up.
Also, any tips/recommendations from anyone who has been would be appreciated.
Thanks!
hmm General tips and suggestions (parking, restaurants, etc)
Hi everyone, I [21F] am interested in doing something cool F1 related for my boyfriend's [22M] birthday this summer. He is a huge fan and I want to do something cool for him. I don't know that much about what an F1 fan would like, but I know he would be over the moon to see anything (meet up, race, practice, etc) in person. We are American btw but willing to travel abroad. Thank you all so much; I appreciate any advice!
Hi everyone,
is anybody going to the Monza GP this year? Will be there for the whole weekend with a colleague and a friend!
Heading to Austin Grand Prix next week. Is there a meet up in town planned for later in the evenings? I don't see anything on the Buxton bash this year so I assume it is off? Please send along a link if there is a meet up already started. If not why don't we start one? I going with my wife and my in-laws (there has to be a Rodney Dangerfield joke in there somewhere right?) so will not have unlimited time but I think I should be able to squeeze a couple of beers/pints. I've been to the meetup in Montreal earlier this year and we had an absolute blast! I hear Jalponik have had a meet up in the past too? Let's make this happen people!
We're arriving on the Wednesday in our camper and wondering if any redditors are going and fancy a beer with us? We just drove across into Austria today so are getting excited for the race now!
It seems very hard to find fellow f1 fans in K.C. area.... Duno if its the nascar track being so close or what. Id be interested in setting up or joining some kind of watch parties for F1 this year. ANY ideas or fellow K.C. natives out there ???
Any one going to the 2016 Canadian Grand Prix in Montreal?
I've been living in Paris for over 2 years and I still have yet to meet anyone who is into Formula 1. I figure it's a great time to head to a bar, have a few beers and watch some F1 with a fellow enthusiast!
