I have just always had a thing for how music sounds on cassette, in particular Evanescence. “Fallen” and “The Open Door” were released during the time cassettes were still being made, but those are the only two.

Obviously I would totally pay for a custom cassette of both albums that someone put together- but how would I even go about doing this? Halp lol point me in a direction!

Why is Lithium labeled as "Album Version - Clean" on YT Music? Is there an explicit or different version out there?

I'm not trying to be weird or anything. I just want to point out, that I just saw the CMWYS music video and I found it incredibly seductive. I've never thought about it like that until now.

Found it while looking for Evanescence albums at a second hand book and disc store.

Almost bought it but then noticed the main disc had a crack at the center and many scratches.

Looked up online and found nothing about it, so I am a little suspicious thinking it may be a fan made thing?

Any knowledge about it is appreciated!

Since the Fallen 20th Anniversary album came out almost 1 year ago (1 day before the 17th) to this day and the TOD album came out in 2006, would the TOD 20th Anniversary album be announced? And is the next new album will be the TOD 20th Anniversary album?

Or am I blind

The imprint only published up to the 4th issue, and we have never heard about the final issue. I heard the imprint was very problematic...

Not an original post but my god Amy Lee is talent. I’ve loved them since Fallen came out and every album since has just completely wowed me. I’m insanely jealous of the sheer concentration of talent in one person 🤣.

Has anyone else seen the current rumours circulating about a possible MCR tour/collaboration? MCR have been dropping cryptic hints on IG that’s somethings coming, rumour is a short American tour and that it may have different bands opening for them on different dates. Evanescence is one of the bands that are rumoured to be one of the openers 👀

I would love if Amy released an autobiography one day, or if we got an in depth documentary about the band, can’t really see either happening, but what would you all like to see out of interest? I think a special documentary would be amazing, there’s so much drama from the early years of the EV

I’ve been a fan since 2003. I always took Amy’s side against Ben automatically, even though band members kept being fired, one after the other. I assumed that they were the problem, which may have not been a fair assumption.

Enjoyed the self titled very much. All of their work up until TBT was great. The music on TBT was subpar but not that bad (except for a few songs), but Amy just became a completely different person. She fired Jen out of the blue, and it finally hit me - why was I always against Ben and others? How is that fair to former band mates?

Making a comeback and suddenly becoming a political figure was desperate and disappointing. I’m not even an American, but rich celebrities should stop lecturing people on stuff they barely face or understand. Why take a stance against part of your fan base that was waiting for your comeback?

She seems very desperate to be on the “right” side of the equation, maybe to be popular again. Use My Voice was undeniably more generic than anything they had ever released, she suddenly became vocal saying the “right” things, started liking and tagging popular young artists like Taylor Swift and Billie Eilish and it’s all just cringe. I noticed it’s been months since I last played any of their songs. I know they’ve lost many fans and now I see why. I will probably not support future releases.

If by any chance Ben, Jen or other bandmates happen to read this… sorry for any negativity I may have sent your way over the years. Choosing sides is wrong when you don’t know the whole story.

My father gifted this hoodie to me about ten years ago- I’m looking to replace it as it is too small and torn. Does anyone have any idea where this is/was from? Having such a hard time finding it 😭
