Manson won't face any criminal charges after a years long investigation into his domestic abuse.

"In response to Gascón, Esmé Bianco—the Game of Thrones actress who sued Manson for sexual assault and battery and later settled the case—criticized how long the process was taking. And, in a statement today, she expressed her disappointment in the district attorney’s office’s decision not to file criminal charges against Manson.

“Once again, our justice system has failed survivors,” Bianco wrote. “Not the individual prosecutors and detectives who worked for years on this case, but the system that made them do so with one hand tied behind their collective backs.”

Yesterday I found out my sexual assault case won't be taken further because there is not enough evidence. Even though I was expecting it, the hurt and humiliation still made me very low. I thought of Evan and all the other women who never get justice. It's a really hard pill to swallow. I know she's fought so hard and done so much to protect other women by going public and her advocacy has really helped me and many others. The laws around domestic abuse and sexual assault need to change on a global level.
