I've seen this mentioned a few times before and thought it was a good point. This video really showcases that, at least to me. Both good singers in their own right, but different perspectives.
Chester had a lot more pain and sorrow behind his singing, while Emily seems to have a lot more anger behind hers. It really comes across the most in the facial expressions. Chester seems more somber and pained while Emily seems like she'll rip your head off if you look at her the wrong way.
I'd love to hear some thoughts on it.
I've seen some people say it was intentionally shorter than the Given Up scream out of respect for Chester (Supposedly no singers go longer than 17 seconds now out of respect, but not sure how true that is). I've seen some people say Emily's scream was harder because of the song structure compared to Given Up, and others say it's easier because of how she sings/breaths following the scream.
Overall, I find it pretty cool. It's like a nice little homage to one of Chester's most notorious bits, but in her own way. Not trying to replace him, but still giving us little things were familiar with.
Thoughts?

Found this on TikTok and thought it'd be perfect here. It's so nice to see her having fun with everything and the crowd reacting so positively!
Mike tosses. I jump up right hand held and feel something hit the tip of my finger. But nothing in my hand. " Was I so close ? Should I feel bummed? ". Tried to replay the feeling, was it plastic or confetti paper-like? Couldn't figure.
Doesn't matter I was there, I was in Hamburg, 14hour bus ride to get there, hands on the rail and awesome Fans and Redditors by my side, I had already everything I needed. Part of a lost identity was coming back to me.
I saw a beefed up Grandson so happy and explosive to be there he was infectious and pumped me up even more. The show had so many songs, Emily killed it and won a definite place in my heart. The crowd and the camaraderie. The new song and the rush to meet a new potential gem. The lights that kept Alex in a glass-like pyramid all while revealing the sonic waves of his playing on the smoke that surronded him. Never seen anything like that. Never. Sang my heart out, what else is there to want to live as a fan?
I look down to my feet and see something that looks like a big chunk of confetti. I light my phone's torch and see it. It's iridescent and says "Emily", it was starring back at me.
